Alex burst forth from out of the sky, right in the dime, sticking at Rhyan, Rhyan just barely parried the attack, just to be taken aback, Alex triggered impact the second their blades clashed, causing Rhyan to lose the blade exchange. "Just in time," said Alex. Alex continued his assault swing after swing, impact after impact, the pressure was relentless. "Fine then, fuck the sword," said Rhyan, swapping to his Ember Celica, smacking Alex in the chin with his left hand, only to send him down again with his right hand. Rhyan goes to axe kick Alex into the ground again but, Alex catches it and triggers impact on his Rhyan's leg, launching him back. Alex gets up and is smiling, Alex looks down at his hands and it's shaking. "Ha Hahaha, I'm shaking huh, this is exciting, Alex blitz's forward to Rhyan and slashes his sword at him, Rhyan parries but again meets with an impact counter. "Don't make this boring now Rhyan, this fight is getting interesting," said Alex, keeping up the pressure. 'I'm not getting many openings to do damage to him and it's hard to block against him when every time I do I get blasted away,' Rhyan thought to himself. Alex continues his relentless assault, while Rhyan is now on the defensive, Rhyan increases the weight of his gauntlets making the explosion have less of an impact on him, finally allowing him to maximize on his strength output. Rhyan finally, after being chipped away by the relentless impacted parries, lands a clean hit sending Alex back. Quickly Rhyan dismantles Ember Celica, and creates a katana, from that distance Alex triggers impact on his legs causing him to launch at high speeds, to Alex's surprise the moment he launches forward he is stabbed in his left shoulder. "Dammit I forgot he had that ability, to extend his weapons size and mass," said Alex, Alex is now in a disadvantage due to his injury and the fact that he needs to be close to do a sufficient amount of damage, at least so it may seem, Alex snaps his fingers "Bingo," said Alex, suddenly a cluster of explosions detonate on Rhyan's body. "My special technique, delayed detonation, allows me to store my impact energy onto someone for a long period of time, and when I snap my fingers they all go off 1 after another, I do need to make contact with the person," explained Alex. The match appeared to be on equal footing now. "It appears this battle will need me to go all out," said Alex, "I was thinking the same thing," replied Rhyan. Rhyan leaped into the sky and created rocket boots to get even greater heights, at a distance where he is almost just a dot in the sky. "Come forth, Ember Celica and Trait 1 technique maximum output!" Shouted Rhyan, Rhyan's weapon slowly increases in size and mass. "Think of this as a gift Rhyan, you've managed to amuse me, and for that, I'll give you the greatest gift of all, THE GIFT OF DEFEAT FROM THE FUTURE EMINENCE IN SHADOW!" shouted Alex. The entire arena begins to crack out the shared amount of trait energy. "I...." started Alex, Rhyan's fist had grown at great scales almost eclipsing the sky, "AM....." continued Alex, Rhyan's pushed his technique to its maximum potential, for after all, this was his most powerful attack. Rhyan's gauntlet/fist was now overshadowing the area, allowing for a nice shadow for both the audience and Alex alike. Rhyan begins his descent with his weapon still expanding and his body steaming from the shear strain it was doing to him. "THE ALL RANGE......" said Alex. "This is it Alex, my final attack, Planetary-Annihilation!" shouted Rhyan. "ATOMIC!" shouted Alex. Both attacks collided, struggling for power over the other, yet it seemed while one attack was losing power the other was only gaining it. Panic enveloped the audience and staff started evacuations while the two attacks kept struggling for power. Suddenly with a burst of might a large amount of purple energy finally incinerates Rhyan's fist, as a massive pillar of light shoots up to the heavens, as if challenging the gods themselves in their own domain. Nevertheless, the pillar continued expanding and incinerated a good chunk of the stadium. Thankfully everyone was evacuated to safety before things got too bad. "Luna, do you sense any life?" asked Ross, 'Yes both are alive though only one appears to be standing,' replied Luna.

To hunt the shadows," said Alex holding Rhyan's body, who shortly collapsed due to exhaustion, Ross and Adrian stared dumb struck at just what happened, and mostly at how Rhyan could survive such an attack. Coming up with the conclusion that Rhyan must have started focusing on defense when he realized the could not overcome the attack, Ross caught both their bodies before they hit the floor but hesitated to heal them, due to the amount of people around him. "Still holding onto that secret boy?" asked Welt, "you are more than strong enough to defend yourself, and you always have me to rely on if anyone even dreams about coming after you."
