"No matter we're gonna beat some sense into you, and after that we will launch project take over, raiding the academy and killing everyone in it including the water spirit host and Welt," said the man. Ethan eyes glared at him, igniting his flames and snarling at the man, "you won't dear lay a finger on my friend, i'll—-" Ethan was interrupted by a swift punch to the stomach, blood gushed out of his mouth and unto the floor, "you'll do what boy? As your father i can't allow this, now I am will to propose a deal with you, if you join and help us with the raid I'll happily refrain from killing your friends, as a matter a fact I won't even hurt them at all I'll let all of them run free," said Ethan's dad. Ethan looked up, still badly injured due to him not getting a chance to rest after his fight with Ross. "So John, did our boy make up his mind?" Said a woman, just entering the room. "Just a sec Petra, it seems he was just about to agree, now Ethan, tell your mother your decision." His dad said.

And as if something had possessed Alex, he started running towards Ross who had short the swords at Alex. Not one to let his opponent get an advantage that easily, Alex sliced through three swords before disappearing, appearing right in front of Ross. Being prepared for this, Ross went to counter Alex. What he wasn't prepared for was for Alex to disappear with the sound of a firecracker and appearing behind Ross, throwing a slash at his unprotected back. Suddenly a tentacle grabbed Alex's wrist and picked him up before throwing him towards the arena wall. Alex flipped three times before landing on the ground, skidding to a stop. 'If I want to get close I have to be careful, he can throw an attack from anywhere and is extremely good defensively.' Alex analyzed, only to be brought out of his thoughts by a Rain of large water bullets. Alex carefully traversed the battlefield looking for an opening.
Suddenly after Ross started lowering his guard, Alex disappeared, and all the water bullets in a straight line towards Ross were cut in half, while Ross himself was blown back by a bone shattering kick from Alex. Going for a followup attack, Alex prepared to move only to find both of his legs wrapped up as he was assaulted from all sides by water bullets, kicking up smoke. From the smoke came a damaged Alex who wiped blood from his smiling lips. 'Out of all things why is he smiling!' Ross thought. 'That arrogance, it's as if I'm only playing his game and he's already won.' Unable to think about it anymore, Ross charged at Alex, going for the offensive. Soon the two fighters were running at top speed towards each other. Alex struck first going for a vertical slice which was sidestepped by Ross who followed up with a slash to Alex's slide, which was blocked before being parried by impact. Ross decided to move just out of range of the slash he knew was coming before moving back in to hit Alex. Suddenly Alex disappeared, reappearing behind Ross and cutting off two of his tentacles. Ross tried to retaliate only to suddenly feel three impacts go off on his body. Alex smiled at the reaction before jumping into the air and performing a spinning back kick to Ross's head, launching him back at dizzying into the unforgiving ground.
