Unknown's POV:
I watched as Nolan Billings storm away from the diner muttering obscenities and vowing vengeance on the new comer in the biker get up who tossed him out on his ass and chuckled. He deserved it for what he's been doing to my Evie. But what concerned me more than that stuffed shirt developer was the arrival of the biker. He could be problematic to my plans for me and Evie. The way she looked at him made my blood boil with a rage I'd never felt before well up inside me. He couldn't have her, Evie Dawson belonged to me and I'll be damned if I was going to let the likes of him take her from me! I waited until the sound of his death trap faded away in the distance before slinking to her car and unzipping my duffle bag I picked this device up special from a friend of a friend in order to keep tabs on the love of my life. I had to keep her safe and what better way to do it than to keep her safe at all times? I'd barely just managed to put the GPS system in when the sound of my phone went off.
I pull it out to see that it's my boss.
Scowling at the screen I and hit ignore, I didn't have time for her bullshit right now. Was I late for work again? Yes. Did I care one whit about the pathetic hag who liked lord her position over others? Not one bit. I glance at the diner desperately wanting to go in and talk with her but I didn't have the time, I still had things to do. I'd predownloaded the app that would help me keep an eye on her whereabouts even when I'm unable to be there with her, to keep her safe. Connecting tracker to my phone I smile with satisfaction when the signal from the GPS bounces back after only a few seconds. Soon, my love, we will be together and there is no one that will stand in the way of me getting to you. But first there is something I must take care of first before I can even think about claiming my Evie. Zipping my bag up and slinging it over my shoulder I walk down the road a ways before climbing into my truck and head to my next destination.
On the way I got to thinking about how good it would be to finally be with Evie Dawson. How soft her skin would be; the way her hair would smell and feel. But most importantly how she would feel against my body as I held her. The material of my pants grew tight and a little uncomfortable. Using one hand I adjust myself in my pants and glance at the photo of Evie I'd taken when our relationship first started. She was looking up at the sun a laugh settling in the lines of her face as she spread her arms out to her side while the rain pelted down on her. Everyone liked to think that they knew her, friends and family alike but no one truly understood her not like I did. I could see the loneliness in her eyes when she looks at me. The need for some kind of companion. Well I was happy to fill those shoes, I just needed a little more time to prepare. I pull up to the curb just down the street from her house and get out once again grabbing my bag and casually stroll up to her house. While she always kept her front door locked I knew for a fact that the back window into her kitchen was not.
Sliding through the window I look around and smile at the hominess that was her decor. Pulling out the mini cameras I begin setting up. I put a camera in each of her rooms except her bedroom, I put three in there in different angles so that I can see her wherever she goes in the house. The thought was to keep her safe at all times, in case someone broke in I would have evidence of it and show her that there was someone out there willing to look out for her. Taking out my lap top I queue into the app that allows me to connect with the cameras. When the video feed pops up I adjust the cameras as needed to various angles and smile with satisfaction. Closing the lap top and stuffing everything back into my bag I clamber back through the kitchen window and hurry back to my truck and pull away. Once again my phone rings and it shows that it's my boss. I sigh and answer it. "You're late! I'm tired of you always being late! If you don't get here now it will be a pink slip for you. Do you understand?" Internally I'm fantasizing about all the things I could do to her to shut her mouth up and smile. Outwardly I mutter about being there in ten minutes and hang up. With a final glance at her house I pull away reluctantly.
