Arthur had seen a lot of people suffer in his life. He also had first hand experience to the feeling of utter helplessness and despair.

So when his beloved sister in law was shipped off to a hospital, and began to morph into something he was all to familiar with, he was determined to help her through it.

It was early Sunday morning, the day nobody went to visit Francis as it was the day of the Lord, when Arthur decided to get off of his arse and visit his sister.

He thumped down the rackety stairs of the Shelby residence and was met by Tommy and John sat at the table playing early morning cards. A small bunch of money in the centre of the table.

John looked up to his brother, toothpick in his mouth, and asked, "want me to deal you in, Arth?"

With a slight grumble out of annoyance, for loosing the chance to gain some money, he waved at his brother dismissively.

"Ive got places to be." Arthur said.

"Oh yea? Like where? The whorehouse?" John returned.

Arthur rolled his eyes angrily and trudged over to grab his coat from its hanging position, "no I'm going to see our sister."

This in turn caused Tommy to now look up in confusion.

"You what?" He asked with a grumble.

"Are you all fookin deaf?! I'm going to see Francis. She could use seeing someone who won't make her sad for once." Arthur snapped.

Both brothers held their hands up in mocking surrender and laughed at Arthur's angry passion.

"Tell Frannie I said hi, will you?" John said as he looked back down to his cards, whilst also trying to get a sneaky glance at Tommy's.

Arthur nodded and now looked to Tom with expectant eyes.

"What?" Tommy asked cluelessly.

"Any messages for me to pass on?" Arthur replied.

This Tommy seemed to understand and shook his head no. "I'll see Francis on my own and speak with her then."

Arthur nodded and headed to the front door quickly. A broad smile on his face at the excitement of seeing Francis after all of this time.
