As Tine walk out of bathroom after taking his shower and wearing his clothes Sarawat was already waiting for him while sitting on the edge of the bed checking something on his phone. Tine gulped at the sight of his gorgeous husband looking so fresh from showered and wearing his casuals. The Alpha was wearing a white full sleeve t-shirt and pair of jeans. His hair look still damp and maybe he had run his fingers in them and he was reading how to get to know your children better?. Most of them were suggested by spending time with them, playing games and asking general question about their likes and dislikes. Sarawat has zero experience with any kids and now suddenly he was a father of three children who were seven years old. They hardly know each other and Alpha wanted to know about his children everything, their favorites, hobbys, habbit and preference like every single thing. Hence he decide to read some articles on it while waiting for his wife. But when Sarawat felt the presence of his wife he smiled widely at the Omega saying "Kids are all showered and waiting downstairs. They wanted to wait for you". He put the phone inside in pocket and for some reason Sarawat look excited and eager while saying it and the Omega assume it's maybe because of them having their first dinner with his whole family. Sarawat was indeed look excited the Alpha just hope he gets a chance to warm up with his children during dinner specially with his eldest one, Thyme. Sarawat walk closer and held his hand out for his wife asking "Let's go". Tine hesitate a little but with no other choice the Omega gave his hand into his husband's as they walk out of their bedroom hand in hand. Once they reached in the dinning area, all kids were already waiting chattering and laughing non stop about this and that and making jokes.
As Tine reached Si excitedly informed "Mommy, did you know Mr Guntituthon arrange our favourite dessert and ice cream to eat after dinner". Sarawat immediately grimaced inwardly hearing the way his daughter addressed him by calling Mr Guntituthon yet again, but yes he need to work hard to get the title just. He can't win his children through their stomach. The Alpha will surely work hard. He smile knowing just like Tine, Sia loves eating strawberry shortcakes. Tine nods and smile at his baby girl excitement with food snd dessert. Thyme then question his Omega mother "Mom are you feeling allright now?". He look concerned for his mother health. Tine replied and assuring his son "Mommy feeling good sweetheart". The boy nods and sigh out giving a hard look at his father direction who was standing right beside Tine holding his Omega wife's hand and looking fondly at them. The Alpha then pulled the chair for his wife to made Tine sit beside him. It was the first time Tine was able to sit and eat with his husband on the dinning table. But the Omega pause when Sarswat pulled a chair for him. Because he suddenly remember the time when he used to cook his husband's favorite dishes. While his husband ate, he always stand behind him waiting sometimes while getting scolded for stairing at him most of the time. Sarawat never ask him to eat food with him before and now it was the first time his husband made him sit beside him to eat. When Tine got lost in his thought Sarawat called out "Sit, baby". Thyme and Timmy silently watch their mother as Tine gets abnormally quiet on the dinner table not looking up or into anyone's eyes as if afraid to offend his mate and will get scolded and thrown out on the street. The boy can clearly see that how much their mother seems nervous around his husband. Sarawat inwardly curse himself when he observe the way Tine got tense and his eyes filled at his small gesture. Though the Omega was looking down but Sarawat felt how heavy his wife's heart was felling and how stupid he was towards the Omega. He swore not to repeat any of his mistake again and he slowly put his hand on Tine's lap then reach out to grab his wife's small hand in his. He gently rub his thumb on Tine's knuckle sending tingles into the Omega gut as he silently pleading his wife that he is genuinely sorry.
Soon the head chef started serving everyone foods. Sarawat's had instruct his head chef to cook everything his children demand and preference. He ask to check the level spiciness and any allergies from his wife. While eating Tine stayed silent and quietly ate his food. Sarawat made sure Tine ate properly. He even went ahead and served some dishes more in to his wife's plate. Tine just stayed quiet most of the time, the Omega mommy didn't even try to scold his boys when they went little wild with their food demands. The dinner had started with soup, salad, a main course and there were dessert and ice cream too. Everything was delicious and the table was decorated just like any five star restaurant. Sarawat throughout paid more attention on his wife plate than his own and he made sure Tine finish everything. While the most kids like the chicken dishes and pasta which they dig like a hungry pig. Timmy and Thyme was bold enough to ask for more of their favourite chicken dishes while Si shamelessly ate two big piece of Strawberry shortcake right after the main coarse and she was waiting to have ice cream too with her brothers. The dinner was really awkward for Sarawat when it comes to his children though it wasn't any silence but the Alpha was struggling alot to keep up the conversation with his seven years old children specially with Thyme and Timmy in the beginning. On the other hand Si was talking non stop about everything. She was still excited to go for shopping and she easily convince her father to take them all for shopping the very next day itself. Sarawat was more than happy to oblige his baby girl demand while the Omega mommy glared at the little baby girl but he melted and gives in watching his daughter excitement. He gave his permission to miss a day of school. To bring around the boys Sarawat suggested to play a twenty questions game. The question was general like favourite colour, food, games and so on. Tine did not participate as he just stayed quiet and listen his children likes and dislikes which most of it he already knew.
Si was already comfortable to answer everything but Timmy seems to open up a little with his father while answering the question. Whereas Thyme, oh the boy was arrogant and very unapproachable for Sarawat. He did answer to few question but most of the time he was silent and only preferred to talk to his siblings and paid attention to his mother plate asking him if he need anything else. Tine shook his head every time in response because the bigger boy, that is his husband was continously refilling his plate with food and more food. Thyme completely ignored and avoided answering anything directly to his father and whenever their eyes met he only glared at the Alpha. Tine wasn't liking the behaviour of his son towards his husband but he knows his eldest better than anyone. It will take time for Thyme to accept the Alpha Sarawat Guntituthon as his father but the Omega mommy knew his son will come around soon. Before serving the little ones ice cream the Alpha took his wife permission if its alright for kids to eat ice cream this late at night. It wasn't anything life threatening but the Alpha doesn't wanted kids to suffer with cough and cold if they're not used too eating cold in the night. Tine reluctantly allowed them to eat it but he set the limit of intake to only one scoop and if they want more they had to wait for the next day after lunch they can eat again.
As soon as the dinner was over Thyme asked his mother to let him share the room with Timmy. He doesn't need such big space just for himself when they both can easily accommodate in one room just like the way they used to share the room in their old apartment. Timmy didn't mind he was only excited to have his brother around and close. Before giving permission Tine glance at his husband direction for the same and the Alpha immediately nods his head and order the butler to do the arrangements first thing in the morning. After dinner all children bid their bye and decide to leave and get some sleep as it was already fifteen passed eleven in the night when they finished eating dinner and dessert Tine watches his children leaving him alone with the his husband. The Omega abruptly gets up from his chair startling his Alpha husband and called out his daughter name Si. His little baby girl halted and look behind in confusion at her mommy. Tine inform nervously more to his husband than to his daughter "Si...I'm coming with you wait". He walk away leaving his husband somewhat looking dumbfounded, and hurriedly drags his little baby girl towards her bedroom direction. In the end Sarawat left all alone when his children and wife left him and went to sleep. He immediately started wrecking his brain about what to be done to transform his lonely night into a Goodnight.
After about couple of hours, Tine snuggle in to the heavy and soft comforter beside his daughter. Si slept almost immediately when she laid down on the soft matress. His children were tired and worried because of him all day and as it was also passed their bed time. But after sleeping throught out the day Tine was wide awake. He was thinking about his husband change of behavior towards him. The way his mate was considerate and attentative towards him and his children made his heart flutter and swelled up watching his little but not so little family having dinning together. His husband seems genuinely trying to get to know his children even though their marriage was of convenient and the night they spend together was nothing more than a night stand. There was still somthing that Tine wasn't understanding Why Sarawat wanted him back? What does his mate wants from him now?. Was it all for taking his kids away from him?. Tine had so many question to ask to his husband but he doesn't know how to began. He sigh and just as he closed his eyes and try to get some sleep after two minutes he find himself being pulled up in the air and in panicked and by reflex the Omega wrapped his arms around the man's neck before opening his eyes then he find his husband carrying him in his arms. The Omega look at his mate with horrifying expression while the Alpha only shoot back his sweet smile to his Omega wife. Tine stammered nervously asking "Wa..wat ..what are you doing? Where..where are you taking me?". The Alpha stated grinning "Kidnapping my precious wifey". The Omega couldn't help he asked confusingly "huh?". Precious who? Because Tine doesn't know when did he become precious for his mate. Sarawat then chukled at his wife's comical expression as he genuinely explain "I'm taking you to our bed. I want to sleep holding you in my arms".
