Roblox Decaying Winter: Meet The Agents

An attack

Jet wakes up with his injuries ok, he knocks on the large container to wake everyone up. After everyone was up, Jet looks at the supplies they have and added this.

" We may have to leave the base to search more things. " He takes a quick look at Alex, who is wearing his bag. " Alex, you are a novice, right? "

" Yes. "

Jet points to the outside. " Get some supplies for us, and don't die out there. "

Cory and Troy look at Jet in shock, Marine is just playing around with her seeking tickspider. Troy taps Jet's back.

" Alex is kind of young... "

" So what? He's here, and he needs to do the work. If you worry so much- " He calls out to Cory and Marine. " - why not let them follow him? "

Troy lets out an exaggerated sigh. " Jet, you are a Drifter... "

" So? "

" Both of us need to go out for supplies too. "

Jet thinks for a while.

" Fine... It's not like the base is getting raided everytime. "

The agents walk out of the base, with Alex and Troy heading to the outpost, Cory and Marine to the mountain, and Jet to the middle.

At the middle,

A group of 3 scavengers are walking around the spaceship wreck, 2 holding guns and 1 holding a melee weapon.

( Scavs... I guess it's about time I use this. ) Jet takes a deep breath and holds the button on his left arm, it puffs out smoke and covers him. He checks the blade and he runs out to kill 2 scavengers, leaving one scavenger.

Jet waits for his weapon to cool down before doing it again on the only scavenger.

At the mountain,

Marine picks up some heavy ammo and adds it to her container. For Cory, he found a crate, which opens a Rapier.

" This might be good... " He puts it inside his bag and walks back to Marine.

At the outpost,

Alex looks downstairs, while Troy looks upstairs. Alex opens a locker to find a blueprint when he finds a unique ' scavenger '. He backs away outside and looks up to Troy mining some rocks.

" Dad, I found something. "

" What is it son? "

" It's some kind of unique scavenger. I can hear him crying and he has chains around him.

Troy suddenly stops mining and looks down to Alex with a shocked look.

" Alex. Don't go near him, he can get you killed. "

" Ok dad... "

Meanwhile, a tired scavenger is walking through the valley in search for food. ( Every scavenger is lucky they can get food that easily... except me... ) He thinks to himself. He walks into the outpost and finds the unique ' scavenger '. He immediately takes out his gun in fear and shoots it.

The ' scavenger ' screeches in pain with the chains around it breaking. It turns around to the scavenger and runs towards him, arms open. The scavenger backs away, but the ' scavenger ' got to him. It rips his face off, then split his organs open, with the scavenger's screams around it.

Alex becomes scared watching the scene unfold. He backs away as the ' scavenger ' continues to rip the scavenger's arms. He backs closer to an edge, which he accidentally falls off, making a sound.

The ' scavenger ' hears it and runs towards Alex, making more screeching sounds. Alex gets up and runs away.

" AAHHH! "

" Alex? " Cory hears Alex's voice. He tells Marine to continue looking while he goes out. He sees the ' scavenger ' running towards Alex. He presses DIRECT on his watch and lets the bees sting the ' scavenger '.

( This should do enough... ) Cory whispers to himself.

The bees stung the ' scavenger 's wounds from the turrets before it turns it's attention to Cory, who is next. It climbs the trees and ran towards him, making him run down the mountain to the base.

The turrets continue to shoot the ' scavenger ', still, it won't stop chasing Cory. Troy jumps down from the top outpost to see the scene, while Alex tries to catch his breath. Jet and Marine stop their actions to see what happened.

Cory slips onto the snow, and the ' scavenger ' jumps to land an attack. Alex closes his eyes, before hearing a gasp from Troy. He opens it to see Troy looking at Cory with a shocked look, Jet and Marine are also shocked.

Blood drips down from Cory's hands to the snow, the ' scavenger ' stopped moving. Alex cheers for Cory's victory, yet, he didn't respond.

( Cory's POV )

( W-what is this... ) I ask myself as whispers flow through my head. Everything around me starts to fade into a dark red color.

Few figures showed up surrounding me. These are Reikgon's shadows... and they are glaring at me...

( The end of POV )

Cory quickly removes the Rapier from the dead ' scavenger '. He takes quick breaths before looking at Troy and Alex. Marine checks the time on her watch, now showing 20 seconds left.

" We should get inside the base now, the storm is coming soon. "

All of the agents ran inside the base and emptied their containers. Jet got the most food and water, Marine got more ammo, Troy has some wood and rocks, Alex has some melee weapons and Cory only has some medicine, ammos and a Rapier.

The security turrets deactivated, allowing a group of scavengers to enter. Everyone prepared their weapons and attacked the group.

A few minutes passed, and the group is dead. Every agent except Cory cheers for their second victory, with Jet this time.

When everyone is sleeping, Cory suddenly feels uncomfortable with his right arm. He gets up and walks to the other side of the base. He checks on his right arm, to find some bumps under his sleeve.

He pulls it up and found red thorns poking out of his arm's skin, making him pull it back in fear.

" They won't know about this, right? "

" Cory? What happened? "

" Alex- "

Cory turns to see Alex at the side base's entrance. He takes a huge sigh before looking up to Alex again.

" I'm not feeling so well right now... "

" Do you want me to grab some medicine for you? "

" Yes, please. "

Alex came back with a bottle of antibiotics in his hand. He gives it to Cory, before going back to bed.

With the bottle in his hands, Cory tries to open the bottle with his right arm, before throwing it to the ground. He stands up and walks to the front container to sit down. He looks outside to the storm, when he sees a pair of red eyes staring at him.

" W-who are you- " Cory asks it, but it ran off into the storm, leaving him confused.
