Everyone's freaking out. I wanted to ask why, but they don't like questions. Today, I saw a new lady. Everyone was bowing to her. Maybe I could meet her? No, don't think like that. I'm too lowly to meet someone who's as special as her. Still, I want to talk to her.
Today, I heard them talking about "pulling a plug". It looks like something bad happened. I guess, I could've assumed it from the total chaos everywhere. Oh, yeah, I got to meet the woman that I talked about yesterday.
She was so nice.
I think she said her name was Farrah. I asked her why she was here, but all she said was that she had created this place.
If I'm being entirely honest, I was a little mad.
It means that that woman had indirectly put me here. I'm sure she's amazing, though. I heard through the grapevine that she has a husband and son. I wonder who they are? I might be able to meet them someday. I should've asked Farrah while I had the chance, but she was freaking out. I should probably ask about that next time, too.
I heard that Farrah's son is dying. It looks like his plug-in isn't working anymore. The world that he was integrated in is eating him alive. I think that's what they mean. Either way, it seems like he's going to die in the real world. If he dies in the simulation, his brain waves will get cut off, but if they take him out, the process would most likely kill him.
If I was Farrah, I'd be really stressed out right now, too.
