Sometimes, I sit back and think of the two of us back in the day
We said we'd travel all over the globe... Milan's Rosonneri to Cape Bay
What came in between us...I prefer not to say
The world is full of money and wealth, but I guess I never got Patience's due pay.It lasted for 4 years, and our young kid grew taller
The same kid we raised when we used to hold hands and the distance got smaller
Well... the kid left for a better father... the same kid I spent on my bottom dollar
And like 2 Arctic bears cuddling in winter...it changed me, and I became bipolar. And now I have to narrate to all my fans the saddest part
I reminisce of the past with you... I have to admit you were a piece of art
And just like Marco Da Vinci, my Monalisa is a gem, and I'm here on my paint stool sat
I chased you just like Tom did to Jerry, and when you left is when I realised I'm nothing more than a blue homeless cat.I might be amazing and mesmerising with a pen
I'm on top of the world with my words... like Peter Parker only without his Mary Jane
With my rhymes, I change my characters just like Ben and his brilliant ten
Since you walked out of my life, my pride fell, and the Alpha male lost his mane.Sometimes, I'd refer to you as a goose because all I did was chase
I got so close to a gown and ring, but I guess I wasn't up to the pace
Eventually, the six foot guy with an AMG car beat me to the race
And in shame, I'll look at you in our Milan with a smile on your face
I guess you're happier, and with that, I rest my case.~Keero~
