You were on top of the world, but then you did the unthinkable and left everyone under you in shock
You made a clown of yourself, and now the only thing people do to you is mock
You were the crown gem. Now you're nothing more than a dirty, crusty sock.
But anyway. I see you took your pride and dignity and put them under key and lock.

Look, Sir, trust me, there's nothing personal in all of this
You gave it all away just because you wanted a simple kiss
Oh, and Miss, I heard a rumour that you're one of those talented women who can hiss
You gave your dignity away just to make my best man give you his son's fees.

But anyway, we're all men of God, and we have no right to judge
But sometimes it gets to a point where you just can't resist the urge
Talking about a grand entry. You didn't walk into your scandals. It was more of a push the door and barge.
I almost forgot, there's always the sweetness to a story. Hang on, I just have to taste your sugar filled fudge.

It's 3:00 AM in the club. I see my old friend dressed in red
I walk up to her and ask her if she put her son to bed
She laughs and says she can't hear me because her brain is full of lead
Anyway, I walked out of there mourning her because of all the methanol in her head.

Of course I went to her funeral. I saw her son, and that boy was outright sad
He walked up to me and asked me how much methanol she had
I looked at him in awe and just told him he looked like a smart little lad
I couldn't help but pity him. The thought of looking at your mum wasted on your floor must be hard.

Anyway, it was the kid's birthday, and I took him out for cake
He said he loved fishing, so of course, I drove him to the lake
Eventually, the kid couldn't handle it, and he broke down and began to shake.
All this because of drugs. Oh God, I can't even do this anymore. My head has an ache.
