Just to Clarify: Beaumont may be the towns golden boy from being quiet, and never stepping out of line. But to those that know him, like the girls he used to bed or the woman he loved long ago would know that there's a rebellious side of him deep down.
He uses his privilege of being that quiet kid all his life to blend in with the crowd. He marks his message. He showcases his life through a story, a story that is inflicted by a spray can and damag-ing a building for all to see.
It was couple minutes before midnight when he rapped on Evelyn's bedroom window several times to gain her attention. He was wearing black leather pants and his usual black biker jacket that is now dry since that rainy day in the forest last week.
He is balancing against her balcony, with a cheeky grin on his face when he watches her bedroom lap flicker on behind the blends. He also feels nervous however, when he hears soft footsteps make his way towards the balcony doors before it opens up slowly.
Evelyn stands there as beautiful as the day Beaumont laid eyes on her back in April. She may have been wearing a bin bag as she is still pretty with her bed head, lack of make up and none of her unique designer outfit on. She wears a long gown that stops below her knees with her hair pulled up into a messy bun.
Her eyes flutter with tiredness as she rubs her finger at the crease in her eyes. She furrow her brows in confusion before settling a soft gaze on Beaumont. She glances over at her clock and sighs at his late night visit.
"What you doing up there, McKinley?" She whispers towards him as he settles himself on the ledge of her balcony.
"Waiting for a beautiful woman to come for a late night stroll with me." Beaumont commented, smiling at her as he steps towards her.
"I guess you'll be waiting for a while." Evelyn said, folding her arms across her chest with a grin.
"I'll wait forever for her." He replies softly, staring at her as if she'd disappear if he looked away for a second.
"Would you now?"
"Absolutely." He whispers, standing right in front of her. He gazed into her eyes, while reaching up to put the fallen strand of her golden hair behind her ear. "Ms Evelyn, would you go on a late night stroll with me?"
"Thought you're waiting on someone beautiful?" She questions, tilting her head up to stare at him.
"I found her." He whispers once again, causing her to blush.
"You're very smooth, McKinley." Evelyn giggled, looking away from him to try hide her blush.
"I wasn't trying to be but it got you blushing didn't it." He commented with a grin, poking her cheek as she slaps his hand away with a laugh. "I love making you blush." He whispers, swiping a thumb across her rosy cheeks.
"It's cold out here." She lies, trying to push down her blush.
Beaumont raised a brow and let out a small hum in thought. "I can help with that." He says, whispering into her ear as she continues to look away from his burning gaze.
She places her hand on his chest, not to push him away but for balance as she momentarily closes her eyes. "Beaumont." She whispered, sighing softly at his touch.
Does he know how his presence let alone touch makes her feel?
"Evelyn." He whispered right back.
"Hm?" She says unknowingly, leaning into his touch.
"Come for a stroll with me." He said, rubbing his finger tips up her arms, causing shivers to dance across her skin.
"Okay." Evelyn replies back. "Give me five minutes."
