Just to Clarify: The just risen sun shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity. The people of Austin, Texas was bustling with excitement with flags and balloons being swayed on the streets or from their houses.

It was a Thursday, the Fourth of July and everyone was rushing with families and friends to the towns festival. This of course happens every single year but the build up to it each year just makes the day so much fun. The festival of course was held to celebrate Independence Day. The town holding this yearly summer festival in the park.

Beaumont drifts his arm around Evelyn's waist as they walk down the busy streets. Evelyn's eyes were firmly on the colourful flowers brought life to an otherwise lifeless sidewalk. The different shades of the green stems and leaves were the perfect backdrops to the yellow, orange, and red petals that seemed to sway softly with the breeze on the hedges in the park.

Beaumonts friend, Jordan was behind him talking - arguing - with Evelyn's best friend whom Beaumont and Evelyn believed at the time was a good idea to get them to double date. This however is turning out to be a very bad idea. The both of them haven't stopped arguing since the moment they laid eyes on each other.

It's probably because of the fact that Evelyn's friend who she made on the first day of living here, Clarabella, was a hot headed, witty know it all woman. In other words, she knows not to be looked down upon and likes to be since she's a person, not a robotic female to do house chores for imbecile men.

Jordan on the other hand is a sarcastic, hot headed player who gets what he wants but the person he wants doesn't want him. So he plays the long game of arguing with Clarabella - who he has met before, not that Beaumont and Evelyn know of.

"-hence I shove a crumpet down your preposterous yapper hole you bloody witch." Jordan growled, glaring at the curly black haired female whom shares the same glare.

"How about you remove thyself from my presence at once, you morbidly deformed blunderbuss!" Clarabella snapped back, stopping on the side walk outside the park gates to point a accusing finger at Jordan's face.

"I am not a blunderbuss!" Jordan whined.

"We're the worst match makers ever." Beaumont sighs, putting his hands on his face in shame. He should know how love and relationship works and here he goes messing it up.

"Don't bring me into this, I knew they start fighting." Evelyn sighs dramatically like Beaumont, shaking her head in shame towards her best friend and Beaumonts friend.

"I am, you should've stopped my ideas coming to life. That's why they stay in my head." Beaumont stated, rubbing the crease between his eyes as the two best friend of theories continue to talk like they were born in the medieval times.

"You looked so excited though." Evelyn reasoned, running a hand down his arm in encouragement. "I didn't want to damper that."

"Thank you, Ms Evelyn." Beaumont says, smiling towards her as he feels more lighten now that she did encouraged his imagination for a bit.

"Now." Evelyn clapped her hands together which catches the two arguing couple to turn towards her at the demanding tone. "I want you two to be on your best behaviour as we go through those gates. This day is about celebrating not about fighting, so kindly I want you guys to stop your childish medieval feud."

"Yes ma'am." Jordan immediately says, side eyeing his best friend for being called out like that.

"Kiss ass." Clarabella snorts.

"Clarabella!" Evelyn snaps, pointing her finger at her best friend.

Clarabella sighs, "Yes, Evelyn."
