Saying that I was shocked would be an understatement, MY WHOLE WORLD HAD STOPPED FUNCTIONING ME?? TUTOR?? AND THAT TOO KOOKIE???? WAAAAEEE???
"Mr Kim are you listening to me " mrs Lee spoke snapping me out of my thoughts. "Uh-uh umm y-yes-s ma-ma'am " I replied.
"Good then you are going to tutor him, is that OK? " she asked me "Yes-I-I mean NO, I am sorry but I can't tutor him " I answered. "And may I know the reason behind it Mr Kim and I hope it would be a reasonable one " she said, now looking a bit pissed off since someone dared to disobey her. "Well ma'am, my mother won't allow and I don't want to do anything against her will. " I reasoned which was also true since the last thing I would want is to lie to her and then get caught. Mrs Lee flashed me a knowing smile.
"Such an obedient son you are but to your utter surprise, let me tell you that your mother has allowed me to appoint you his tutor. She said that she would feel very happy if her son could help me or any other student. Oh! And not to mention that I told her that it will help you get good grades in discipline easily and will affect your grades in the report card in a good way. " She said and whispered the last sentence.
I couldn't believe that my mother, my own real mother didn't care about my opinion on a matter entirely related to me.
"But why didn't you or she asked me or even told me about this, once? Doesn't my consent matters in these things which is entirely related to me" I asked to Mrs Lee. I felt like I would cry anytime.
"Sorry but I prefer asking to your parents first since the parents would always do things which is good for their children. A parent is always right and I am sorry but I don't see where or WHY do I have to ask your consent in this matter. " she spoke
I wanted to oppose her, I wanted to keep my point but knowing very well that it would consider as an argument or answering back to the teacher and that could lead him to trouble so I kept quiet.
"Ok ma'am " "Good now you both can leave and Mr Jeon, I expect you to work hard this time or you would be expelled " She said.
Me and Jungkook both stood up and walked away, I wanted to go home and ask my mom that why did she do this?
"Why didn't you tried to refuse that grumpy woman one more time " Jungkook asked. "Well if I tried to do it then that would've considered as talking back to elders and I don't want to do that that's why I kept quiet " I replied.
"Well, why didn't you refuse her? " I asked to him
"Me? Well I was about to refuse her but she said that I could expelled if I didn't work hard and I don't want that to happen because it would only worsen my mother's worries " he replied.
"Hmm" I replied.
"Taehyung " he called and I turned towards him.
"Please promise that you will really help me getting better marks this time and in return I promise you that I won't annoy you anymore " he said and put his pinky finger forward.
I could see the determination in his doe-eyes. I intertwined my pinky with his and said. "Promise "
He flashed me his cute bunny smile. "Thank you, Taehyung " he said.
Time skip
The school bell rang indicating dispersal. After coming back from the staff room, I was finally able focus on class. Thanks to Jungkook changed behavior (A/n: and bunny smile also *winkeu winkeu*)
I still wanted to cry not because I had to tutor Jungkook but because my mother doesn't even care about me. All she cares about is my grades.
It was not the first time that she did something like this but it was still hurting me. I wanted some comfort and relax and there is only one place that could give me both (A/n: any guesses??)
So I decided to go there instead of my house.
Time skip
I was standing outside of a penthouse and was debating whether I should go or not. It's not like they would kick me out of their home but I still didn't wanted to disturb with my worries.
Nevertheless I press the doorbell.
"Coming " a voice said from inside.
Soon the door opened revealing a very handsome male wearing a white T-shirt and pants with a lavender shirt whose buttons were open.
"Taebear? " the male asked clearly don't believing what he saw just now.
"Hi Seokjin Hyung " I said in a weak voice.
