Author's POV
Dizziness. It was all Yoongi could feel right now.
He regretted it. Everything.
From agreeing to come on this trip, to drinking alcohol too much that now he can't even stay sober now.
He tried to get up and figure his way back to his room but almost immediately tripped over.
He felt someone holding him from his arms which prevented him from falling and that was the last thing happened before he became drunk.
“If you can't handle so much alcohol then why did you drank so much? ” a voice which Yoongi couldn't quite pinpoint to whom it belonged, spoke. “Jokes on you, I am compleeeeteely sober ” Yoongi said sitting back on his spot.
“By the way who are you you? ” Yoongi asked, squinting his eyes at the other.
Instead of a response he heard a scoff.
“Seriously Min? We see each other everyday at school and you still can't figure out who am I? It's me, Jimin ” Jimin said, taking a seat beside him.
Hearing the name of the latter, Yoongi eyes lit up.
“Jiminiiiieeeee ” he sang and threw himself at the said male with the widest gummy smile, Jimin has ever seen.
Jimin caught him on time or else he would have been on floor.
“god! I never knew this anti-skinship preacher liked hugs ” Jimin thought. “Wait! Did he just said Jiminnie? ”
“What did you just said ” he asked the drunk male.
“I said Jiminiiiieeeee, where were you, I missed you so much ” Yoongi replied in pouty tone.
Okay now this was too much shocking for Jimin.
First calling him with nicknames and practically throwing himself on Jimin. Then saying things like “I missed you” to Jimin and that too with a pout??? Never ever even his weirdest dream Jimin has imagined him, this cold, introvert, cat slash wannabe rock doing such things for Jimin.
Drunk yoongi is really something, huh? Jimin thought. But hey, it's not like he is complaining. Why would he even complain, after all he has the biggest and fattest crush on Yoongi.
But no one knows about it except for Seo Joon. The reason he didn't tell anyone about it because he himself is the person Yoongi hates the most so even having the thought that he will like him back was useless.
But today god decided to bless him with drunk Yoongi so why don't he takes some advantages of it (not in a dirty way).
“Yes, Yoongi it's me your Jiminnie now care to tell me why did you drank so much? ” Jimin asked
At that, Yoongi immediately pulled away from the hug and turned his back towards Jimin and huffed. “It's because of you ” he said in a pouty tone. “Me? How? ” inquired Jimin. “It's because of you dancing with some other person. ” he replied. Jimin's confusion increased but then he thought of something. Was he jealous? But why would he?
“Were you jealous? ” Jimin asked
Yoongi nodded. Okay now it was too much confusing for Jimin. So he decided to not ponder too much and just ask the reason directly.
“Why were you jealous though? ” he asked anticipating for the answer.
“Oof-oh ” Yoongi let out an exaggerated sigh. “You are such an idiot. It's so clear that why was I jealous. Simply because I love you ” Yoongi confessed.
Jimin felt like he lost all his six senses. His brain wasn't capable enough to comprehend the meaning of the phrase but his heart surely was. Love? Yoongi?.... Me? He thought. Tears threatening to fall
“L-love? ” Jimin stuttered.
“Yes love, I love you, from a loooong time. You know when you got missing in the forest, I was so devastated and worried. I was constantly blaming myself for hurting you. But when I finally saw you, my heart felt relief. I would have even confessed to you, if you and Taehyung hadn't played that prank on Jungkook. Tell me Jimin, why you did that? You weren't like that, you are not like that to hurt someone's feelings but you still did that, why? ” he questioned.
Jimin shut his eyes close, and bit his lips to prevent himself from crying. He feels so vulnerable.
The love of his life his confessing to him, but he can't do anything. He badly wants to hug him, and tell him the whole story but he just can't. He have to shut his mouth, for his best friend, his soulmate.
Before even he could answer Yoongi's question, the latter passed out.
Jimin wiped his tears.
Maybe our love wasn't approved by the god to have a happy ending. Thought Jimin.
The next morning
Yoongi woke up with a terrible headache. Maybe a consequence of drinking too much last night. But what can he do? After all last night, his jealousy took control over him. He just can't bear to watch Jimin dancing and interacting so much with someone.
In the past two years, he tried a lot to hate the shorter male, but he just can't. A small part of his heart still believes that there must be a reason behind everything and Jimin can't do something like this. He is an angel, he can't even hurt a small insect intentionally. Though he found that thought stupid, he still can't remove it. And last night, that small part of his heart took over resulting him to get drunk.
He shut off those thoughts and tried to get up from the bed when he saw a glass of water and a medicine was kept on the table beside his bed along with a short note attached to it.
The note said:
These are some medicine for hangover, take it if you have a headache and come down for breakfast near the pool.
Also try not to drink so much next time.

Yoongi took the medicine and went downstairs.
At the breakfast table Hobi and Sooyeon announced their relationship to everyone. However it was of no use since most of them knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Both Yoongi and Jungkook warned Hoseok that if he hurts their best friend, he would not be spared by them. Though they said it as a joke but both of them mean it. Hoseok knows this too but never even in his baddest times, he would hurt her because she only deserves the best according to him. And Hoseok will try his best to give her that.
