Author's POV
The sun came out making its rays falling on and lightening each and every corner of the forest.
"What a beautiful view, isn't it Joon?" Jin asked, sitting on the breakfast table.
Everyone except Sooyeon, Jungkook and Taehyung were present there.
The two said male were still sleeping soundly while the Sooyeon was changing in the camper van.
"So what are we gonna do today? " Jimin asked excitedly.
"We all are going to take a look around the forest. " replied Hoseok. "But unfortunately Taehyung, Jungkook and Sooyeon can't join us for their respective reasons. " informed Namjoon.
"What happened to Soo? " asked Hoseok with a concerned face.
"Nothing much she just doesn't feel well " Yoongi assured him.
"Okay so right now it's 7:15, we all will leave at 8. Don't be late " Jimin said.
Time skip
The forest was extremely beautiful and also because it is a tourist site they all met many people.
At times, Jimin would get distracted by some random creatures resulting the others to almost leave him behind.
They all continued their journey into deeper parts of the forest.
Since the forest wasn't filled with wild animals they all weren't worried about their safety. While walking, Jimin suddenly a cute, white small rabbit and wanted to lift it and see it closely but as he approached the rabbit, it ran away."Hey, little one don't run away, I won't hurt you. " Jimin too followed it absent mindedly.
After a while, when the rabbit was no where at sight, he decided to go back to the others but the problem was that he couldn't remember which way to go.
He was now a tad-bit scared.
"It wasn't a good idea to follow that rabbit " he mumbled to himself. "Now instead of panicking, you should stay calm and stay where you are and not wander far, understood you stupid? " he said to himself. His legs were hurting. He wanted to sit somewhere but unfortunately there was no such place. He pouted and gave up on finding a place to sit. Then suddenly he heaved a loud crack sound which made startled.
"AAAAAAA" he screamed in fear. Once he calmed down, he saw it was just a branch of a tree that fell off.
"You are such a drama queen Jimin! " he scolded himself.
After a while, when he was almost dying of boredom he heard another voice, this time of a human. "There you are! " the voice exclaimed.
He turned back and saw it was Yoongi.
"Where the hell have you been?? Do you even have any idea how worried all of us were because of you! " he said and rushed to Jimin and examined him to see whether he was fine or not.
"I was just distracted by a rabbit and ended up getting lost here" he replied.
"Well now thanks to you we both are lost " Yoongi said in a a sarcastic tone. "How are you lost? " Jimin asked. "I was searching for you with the others when I heard a scream. I was sure it was yours so I followed it and ended up getting separated from the group." Yoongi replied sitting on the ground.
"Hey little prince, do you want to sit down or torture your legs like that " he asked.
"First, what's with that nickname, couldn't you get a better one " Jimin sassed. "Second, how do you expect me to sit on the ground, it's covered with lots of dirty leaves and dirt " he added.
Yoongi scoffed. "I forgot that your expensive clothes might get dirty " he said.
He then took off his jacket and spread it on the ground and motioned the younger to sit on to which he followed. Jimin's heart skipped a beat at his gesture.
"Can I ask you something ?" Yoongi said. Jimin just nodded.
"What are Hoseok's intentions for Sooyeon " he inquired. "Isn't it simple, he loves her and that too very much. By the way, why does all your conversations starts and ends with the mention of at least one your friend? Why is all your convos about them only? There are other topics or people about whom you could talk " Jimin said being irked.
"Well that's because I am a very good friend who always look after his friends and make sure they aren't doing stupid stuffs, like risking the life of someone just to complete a stupid dare, given by someone." he retorted.
Jimin gulped down the sick feeling in his throat.
He knew Yoongi was indirectly talking about the dare Jimin gave to Taehyung. But in reality it was all just a act which they put on to ensure Jungkook's safety from Tae's mother.
He forgot how much Yoongi hated him for it.
"You know you don't need to taunt me for that incident at every opportunity you get. I have already said I was sorry about it and I did that just because I was immature and insensitive. I have already accepted the fact that I was at wrong and would always be guilty for it but that doesn't you have to remind me of that everytime " he stated.
"Of course I have to! The fact that you have accepted your mistake or the fact that you claim that you were immature doesn't compensate for all the things my friend had went through. " Yoongi replied back.
"Okay! Then blame me, blame me, hate me as much as you want, I DON'T CARE! " Jimin shouted standing up.
"BUT! why on earth would you do such gestures like you care for me or at least don't hate me! " he added. "You don't need to waste your jacket so that I can sit and rest, you don't need to risk your safety to come and look for me and you don't need to help me to figure my way out. I can do it myself! " he said and left him there.
Time skip
It has been a while since Jimin has abandoned Yoongi and was searching the right way alone and honestly he was feeling even more scared but he continued his journey.
As if being alone in an unfamiliar forest wasn't enough scary, Jimin felt a drop of water on him and within a span of 10 seconds, it had started raining and not only that he even a loud rumble of thunder. And the fact that Jimin has a phobia of thunderstorms, wasn't helping.
He ran for shelter and finally found a little place under a big tree.
He sat down there, curling up into a ball and hugged his knees. He started to sob. With the increasing sounds of thunder, his sobs increased too.
He felt horrified and helpless
When suddenly he heard a group of people shouting his names.
