“Hyun-seok?”
The question lingers in tensioned air between the two riders. The mystery man didn’t seem to react much to Jungkook’s accusations. A soft smile lingers in the corner of his lips while Jungkook’s jaw hardens at the lack of the response.
“Where are you taking me???”, Jungkook sneers as he stops his horse from stepping forward.
The man sighs and smoothly turns his horse around to meet Jungkook face to face.
“That’s a funny way to say thanks to the man who saved your life?”, he raises an eyebrow.
“How do I even know that you’ve indeed saved me? That it’s not any trap where you are luring me into… how can I trust you when I don’t even know you? When you are clearly refusing to say your identity out loud!?”, Jungkook snaps.
“Well well… you do already know my name.. don’t you? What else to say then? Let’s continue our journey..”, The man.. Hyun-seok says encouragingly.
“Are you kidding me!!? All I know that name could be fake.. just as you!”, Jungkook feels frustrated and hungry may be… not too much.. but little bit.. of course a little bit..
“Wow.. that’s … rude you know..”, Hyun-seok clear away his fake tears with thumbs, “And to answer your question… Hyun-seok IS my name.. I can both be talkative and quiet as the situation demands.. and right now I am quiet because we still are not out of danger yet.. as long as we are in the forest.. there’s always a chance of getting caught once again.. which is why I beg you your highness.. be merciful and kindly follow my lead…”.
Hyun-seok mocking voice and piercing eyes gives away only one message to Jungkook ‘let me do my damn work!!’ And this time, Jungkook obeys.
They were riding once again in silence for hours when the forest finally starts to look thinner. After riding for another fifteen to twenty minutes, they finally reach a clearing and a pathway comes into the view.
“To the left…”, Hyun-seok commands.
“Where does that lead to?”, Jungkook asks.
“Somewhere safe”, is all the man answers.

“Tae… you are safe!! When I heard of the attack.. I was so scared!!”, Namjoon comes running as soon as he spots Taehyung entering the castle.
“Not now hyung please.. I need some time alone..”, Taehyung replies without any emotion.
“Yes… of course.. take some rest”, Namjoon says hesitating.
“What is it hyung?”, Taehyung sighs.
“I know it’s probably not the right time… but a letter from Daecann came this morning”, Namjoon says cautiously, “Lady Lee is coming to Bright Hills and is intended to stay here till the coronation, which is in a week..”, Namjoon reports.
“Well then.. congratulations hyung.. you finally get to spend your time with your fiancé..”, Taehyung mocks before leaving for his room.

“Come on.. we have been riding this road for like ages.. where are you taking me?”, asks Jungkook.
“You don’t have a quiet bone in your body.. do you?”, Hyun-seok mocks.
“Seriously? I have been silent like the entire ride!! I do have the right to know who I am with and where I am being taken to!”, Jungkook asks in frustration.
