Hello, all, and welcome to my newest fic, Weakling! This is a Demon Slayer (KNY) various x female reader, and as you might have noticed, this book is marked as mature for the following reasons:
Gore, violence, cursing, detailed descriptions which may be unpleasant to read, ANGST, possible sexual content (not sure yet lol), dark humor, and finally, degeneracy. However, it is likely that this story will also include other topics which might be potentially triggering for some readers.
If you are uncomfortable with any of the above subjects, then this might not be the story for you, so feel free to click off now.

Annnd, now that that's out of the way, there are a few more things I would like to make clear. First, I have already written out quite a few chapters prior to publishing this book, but once those have been published, my upload schedule will be inconsistent and all over the place. If you've read any of my other books before... I'm sure you can attest to this.
But not to worry! Even if I disappear off the face of the Earth for months at a time, it does not mean I am abandoning or discontinuing this story! IfI happen to discontinue this story, then rest assured I will let you all know, so please try to be patient with me.
Second, I addressed this in my other book Wherein the Butterflies Dance (u should def go read it if u haven't wink wonk), but I would also like to state it here as well: Yes, this is an x reader story. Each of you are different and have diverse features/characteristics and personalities that you assign to the "reader," whether that be your OC or your actual self. Therefore, it is impossible to account for all of these differences. Of course, I will try to mention the mc's appearance as little as possible, but there are some aspects that will be set because they are either important to the plot or because it's more convenient.
With this in mind, I ask that you all refrain from making comments such as "that's not me" or "I don't have x trait," etc. This also includes passive aggressive comments like "that doesn't apply to me but okay," and other remarks along those lines. I would also like to clarify that I by no means am trying to limit your creativity. If you don't like a certain trait or whatnot and wish to change it, be my guest. But please don't make comments asking if it's okay to change things because the answer is yes, you can change whatever you want in your head and I honestly do not care if you do. With all due respect, those comments can get annoying.
In short, don't complain about any of the above things. But do note that if you would like to share how you imagine your version of the mc (specifically appearance wise such as hairstyle, any unique traits you added, or if you imagined a different outfit), then go for it! It's always nice to get some insight on others' creative process, and some of y'all come up with the coolest shit.
Third, I would like to make a small request of you all. I always go through each chapter like 1293084039 times before I publish them to make sure I've edited out as many mistakes possible, but there will always be some that will slip through the cracks. So if you happen to spot any of those mistakes, please please PLEASE tell me in the comments so I can fix them because my OCD says grammatical/spelling errors and typos are a big no-no. Also, if you have any suggestions or ideas for the plot/story, any theories, etc., I would love to hear them! Comments are appreciated and encouraged, and constructive criticism is a hugeee help.
Next, I would like to set a few rules/boundaries before we begin: -Do not leave hateful comments. That includes comments that are hateful to other readers (no starting fights, refrain from using or calling others slurs, no hate speech or any other form of discriminatory comments). Of course, I understand dark humor, and jokes are okay. I can tell the difference. -Avoid spamming in the comments. -For the love of GOD, stop making everything dirty 😭 istg we can't have anything wholesome or normal without some bozo ruining it by making it sexual
Not following these rules will result in either having your comment deleted, your account reported, or your account blocked depending on the rule broken and the severity of the comment.
FINALLY (I'm sorry this was a little long), I would just like to say thank you to all of the readers who are reading this story. On 1/21/2024 (a few days from when this note was written), I will have been on this platform for 6 years. 6. Years. Can you believe that?? Time flies so fast. And I am especially thankful to my 1,188 followers as well as my long-time readers who have supported all my works and watched my writing grow and evolve throughout the years.
It's thanks to all your love and support that I have come this far, and I am sincerely grateful. I LOVE YOU ALL, MWAH!!
