"Do you think Ethan is alright?" Katherine asked as Noah and Katherine sat in chairs, waiting for their flight in three hours.
"I am sure he will be fine," Noah responded and raised an eyebrow at her. "Why do you ask?"
"What do you mean?" Katherine asked, letting out a soft chuckle.
"I thought you hated him?" Noah replied sounding confused.
"You left me alone for months on end," Katherine sighed softly. "We bonded and became friends but it was before I found out you left with Stella but still cared about me." Katherine explained as she looked into his eyes. "What did you think we did while you were away?"
"I guess you have a point." Noah sighed in defeat and frowned at her. "If you two are a thing I promise I will stay out of the way." Noah promised her.
"We are not a thing." Katherine giggled and shook her head.
"You're not?" Noah asked and smiled softly.
"Of course not," Katherine answered and smiled at him. "It has always been you."
"You still love me?" Noah asked in a soft whisper.
"I am still in love with you." Katherine said.
"I love you too." Noah said and leaned in close to her, their faces inches away frok each other as they both slowly closed their eyes and shared a passionate kiss that had lasted for a minute and then Katherine pulled away and looked at him and frowned.
"Why did you have to go?" Katherine asked in a soft whisper.
"I did not have a choice baby." Noah murmured and frowned back at her.
"Yes, you did," Katherine gulped. "You could have stayed."
"If I did, you would have been in danger." Noah pointed out.
"I missed you so much." Katherine softly cried as tears fell down her cheeks.
"I missed you too, Kat."
"Will you promise me something?"
"Anything."
"I don't want you to leave."
"I promise to never ever leave you again." Noah promised her.
"Ever?" Katheeine breathed.
"Ever." Noah repeated in a sure tone.
