Audition day (part 1)

Ok so im Breaking the audition thing into parts cause its kinda a lot- anyways hope you enjoy :)

I woke up to my alarm going off at 7 am. My alarm hadn't gone off at any time before 8 sense high school.

I rolled over to turn off the alarm on my phone

Wait.. there was a reason I was waking up early today- why was that again

I pick up my phone and see a text from Xiao

Xiao Xiao: hey ven, good luck on your audition today :) im sure you will make it in fact Im counting on it.

Counting on it? He's so sweet. I love it

I got up out of bed I was still staying at Dilucs but yesterday we had gone out to buy me an outfit for the auditions

I walked over to the dresser where the outfit was laced out- it was simple. Ripped baggy jeans and a tight light teal crop top with a little bunny on it.

I slipped the clothes on and went over to the bathroom. I pulled out a hair brush and brushed out any tangles that had formed. Then as usual I put the longer pieces of my hair into 2 twin braids

I glanced at my phone 7:12

The audition place was about 45 minutes away and i had to be there at 10. Perfect I have plenty of time for a food and coffee run

I grab my bag and walk out of my room at Dilucs. I walk out of the house and out on the sidewalk

It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop. Meaning it would be around 7:30 I will likely try and get an Uber around 9 to bring me there so i wont be late- meaning I will have about an hour and a half to eat, get coffee, and call an Uber. Perfect

I get out my headphones and went to put on newjeans as it was my comfort music. But really I should probably play my song for if I make it to solo auditions just to get it in my ears.

I went to play the song but was interrupted by a text from Xiao

Xiao Xiao: het uhm so one of the songs they might audition you on changed-

Ven: how do you know that? And what is it???????

Xiao Xiao: don't question it and its eta by newjeans now. How well do you know the choreography?

Ven: like the back of my hand

Xiao Xiao: why did you send me a pic of your hand?

Ven: the back of my hand 🤭

Xiao Xiao: oh. Im slow ha

Ven: just a lil

I walked into the coffee shop and walked over to the lady at the register removing my headphones from my ears

"Hello! Welcome to celestia bucks what can i get for you?"

"Whatever you have with the most caffeine in it." I said jokingly

"Long day ahead?" The girl asked

"You bet."

"Alright let me get that ready for you"

I nodded and walked over to the counter where they hand you the drinks once their done

I decided i should probably text Xiao again

Ven: im getting coffee rn literally told the lady to just get me whatever has the most caffeine

Xiao Xiao: you're already crazy im scared to see how you would be with that much caffeine

Ven: to bad you wont be there to see it
