14: Rainbow Petals

It was a beautiful evening. The moon was full, the reflection shown across the crystal clear lake on the other side of Magnolia.

The whole Fairy Tail Guild had gathered to celebrate the Annual Cherry Blossom Festival. And what happens at exactly midnight.

Everyone was talking and having a good time.

"Hey. Lucy. Why do I have to wear a pink Kimono!?" Natsu complained

Lucy giggled. "Because it matches your hair. Totally not because it's cute~!"

"Aww it does look cute on him." Gray evilly grinned.

"wANNA GO!?" Natsu blared.

"Yep. Bye." Gray casually just walked off.

"That sTUPID LITTLE-"

Lucy yanked on him. "Leave that weird exhibitionist alone. Take one more step and it'll you'll have his stripping problem."

Natsu pouted and curled up on the ground.

Laxus was trying so hard not to laugh. He was dared by Evergreen to stay serious during the whole festival and she would give him 500 Jewel.

"The hell is wrong with you tonight?" Gajeel walked up behind him. You look constipated, did you get raped in an alley?"

"No, you Fucking Idiot! I was dared to not laugh at people's pain for a whole day. I'M BEING RAPED BY EMOTION."

"Calm down. I know how hard that is, but seriously it's just for a day. Even I could do that, and that's saying alot.

"True... Whatever. Hey. Did you and Levy 'get down' if you know what I mean?"

"What!?" He was turning red "n-no! Well... Actually... Almost."

"Why didn't you go for it!? I already have."

"Well, Lily walked in."

"Oh. You're cat? That must've scarred him. How far did you get in it?"

"Not much. She took my shirt off but that was it. A-and there may or may not have been a little rubbing."

"Damn. Does that make her the dominant one?"

"No, fucktard! Well... If she's mad about something, then maybe. Her mad is like a living hell. So maybe. JUST MAYBE."

"Damn bruh, GET SOME! You're so close!"

"W-wanna talk about something else!? This is making me feel... Weird."

"How about you go and find Lev. It's almost midnight." Laxus waved off.

"Alright alright... See ya later." He turned and walked toward the lake

"Where is...? Oh." He walked over to Levy, who was by the shore, talking to Laki.

"Heya." Gajeel awkwardly said hi.

"Gajeel! There you are! It's almost midnight!"

Laki giggled. "I'll leave you two alone~ Thanks for the talk Levy~!" She smiled, and as soon as Levy turned to look at the lake, Laki winked at Gajeel with a smirk, walked by him and whispered "You're lucky and so is she. Get some~." And she sassily walked off.

"Gajeel are you ready for... Huh? Why is your face so red? Are you cold?"

"N-nothing." He turned to look at the big tree. "I'm just enjoying myself."

"Really? Doesn't sound like you... oh well. I still love you, and that's what matters."

She held onto him and leaned. He put his arm around her. "I love you too, Levy. More than you know."

She happily sighed. "Let's sit and watch..."

5 Minutes later, the midnight bells sounded. And in the wind the Cherry Blossom Petals blew. Everywhere. The moonlight made them appear a brilliant and shiny rainbow.

They floated in the wind, everyone in awe. (Pretty much because most of them had been drinking.)

When it was done, Levy leaned her head on Gajeel's shoulder. "That was beautiful..."

"Nowhere near as beautiful as you."

Before they knew it, they were passionately making out in the moonlight.

that went on for a whole minute, until Erza walked over to them. "Hey. Lovebirds. Me and other people have set up a game. Come on. You'll like it."

She dragged them on over to the Villa nearby.

This is gonna be a long night... Gajeel thought.
