A short chubby boy, with fluffy raven hair and beautiful feline eyes looks at the ringing phone on his father's desk.
" Do not look." The little boy tells himself and he looks away from the ringing cellphone. But only God knows just how he is dying to answer the call, and talk like a grown man, just like how his father does.
" The phone will get hurt..." His beautiful lips form a pout as he looks at the phone. The ringing stops and the boys gasps.
" No! Phone? You die?!" He shrieks and struggles to climb up the chair. His chubby hands hold the phone delicately. The screen lights up again and the boy grins widely. He immediately answers the call, just so the phone won't 'die' "
" Hello?" His tiny baby voice suddenly becomes more bold.
Just like his father speaks.
" Ummm...Taehyung?" The person on the other end asks in doubt.
" This is Kim Yuntae speaking. How can I help you?" Yuntae asks.
Just like his father does.
" Oh! Hello kiddo! Where is your Appa?" The person on the other end greets, amusement evident in his tone.
" He is in the kitchen, cooking for me. You can leave a message, I'll tell him." Yuntae grins, now relaxing in the much too huge chair for his size... Like a boss.
Just like his father.
The other person chuckles.
" Sorry. This is about work, so...I need to talk to your dad. Can you give him the phone?"
This does not sit well with Yuntae.
" Are you saying I am not smart?"
A short silence follows before the other person laughs a bit.
" No baby-"
" Because I can count one to twenty."
" Really?-"
" And I know aaaaallll my ABCs."
" Okay but-"
" And I can spell my last name. K-I-M!!! KIM!!"
" That's nice-"
" And I can sing the whole Baby shark dududu song...in ENGLISH!"
The person laughs out loud this time
" Yes kid. You are smart. Your father tells me all the time."
Yuntae now smiles in satisfaction.
