Part 22

I get woken up to Viv jump on me, " go away" I mumble into my pillow and I hear Beth and Viv laugh. " morning sunshine, it's time to wake up" Viv giggles, I huff and open my eyes too see a smiling bright blue eye Vivianne Miedema smiling at me and I couldn't contain my laughter. It feel nice to wake up happy and cheerful for once, the past few weeks has been like waking up with a black cloud over me when I am used to waking up to my beautiful ray of sunshine, Alessia Russo. " breakfast will be ready in thirty so be ready" Viv says getting off my bed.  

" why are we always the early ones" I moan walking into the building, training doesn't start for another hour yet and hardly anyways here, Leah, Manuela, Jonas, Kim ands Lia are the only ones here. " Viv likes to be early" Beth chuckles " stop moaning" Viv chuckles. 

We enter the building and sign in, I grab a coffee and then head to the communal room and Manuela tells me how excited she and her wife are to become mothers. " what is team bonding this week?" I ask " nothing has been made yet" Leah tells me " I say we go cinema Steph says " that's a great idea" Kyra rolls her eyes being sarcastic. " what will we see" Caitlin asked " I say a horror" I chuckle " that'll be quite funny actually, imagine us watching a horror" Leah chuckles at the thought. " what film though, is there any horrors out" Lina asked " I think there's on called night swim" I shrug " okay, Ramos your in charge of this weeks bonding activity" Leah says " okay, I will put it in the group chat after training" I say and then on que Jonas walks in and tells us to come into the meeting room. 

Training was kind of tough for me today as I haven't played in a few weeks, my legs ache and I'm so tired. I get home and go straight to bed to lay on it. I sort out all the tickets for the cinema. An few hours later of shit tv and scrolling through my phone there's a knock on my door, the door slowly opens and Beth comes in " hey" I smile " hey, can I come in?" Beth asked " sure" I smile and sit up " what's up" I ask " I just wanted to come in and see if you were alright" she says sitting on the edge of my bed. " yeah, I feel better" I smile " good, what's going to happen with you and Lessie?" she asked " I think she just finds it hard on what to believe but I think I was able to convince her that I was telling the truth. She wants to kind of start again, take it slow" I tell her and Beth nods "that's good, you really scared us, do not do that again" she states " sorry" I say " Viv's going meatballs and pasta if you want some" she says " sure, thanks" I smile and she smiles back " be down in five" she says and she leaves the room. I get out of bed and put my slides on and then make my way down stairs. Me, Beth and Viv  eat dinner and enjoy each others company talking about other things than football, we have one rule and that's no football or work talk at the dinner table. 

It been a few days and now it is time for us to go to the cinema, I walk in to the building and get the reordered tickets. Leah is the first to arrive so me and Leah get a coffee and just sit and wait. We didn't have to wait long before everyone starts to pile in, we get snacks and then walk to the screen room and find our seats, I feel someone sit next to me and I look up and I see Alessia smiling down at me " looks like I'm with you" she chuckles waving her ticket " seems that way" I chuckle, jokingly rolling my eyes " you did it on purpose" she chuckles " totally" I say and we both laugh.   The film starts so we turn our attention to the big screen. We watch the film and half through I notice Alessia squashing up to me every time something scary happens, I wrap an arm around her and pull her closer and she rests her head on me. The film finished and we all leave the screening room, we decide to go for a meal after. I sit in the middle of Katie and Alessia. We all have a good time laughing and joking and enjoying being around with our Arsenal family and even though I needed time away to see my family, to get my head straight, I have missed times like these and I have misses each and every one of them. 

We pay and as we are leaving Alessa nudges me to get my attention " what's up" I ask her " wanna stay at mine?" she asked shyly " did that the movie scare you that much?" I ask with a chuckle " Extrane a mi amigo de abrazos ( I missed my cuddle buddy)" she smiles sweetly at me " how am I meant to say no to that" I tell her and her smile gets bigger. " Viv, wait up" I shout out " what's up" she asked turning around "I'm going to Alessia's, just thought I'd let you now" I tell her " okay, see ya" she says and hugs me, I hug her back and then walk back to Alessia. We walk hand in hand to the car park, say good bye to everyone and then I drive to Alessia's.

We get back to Alessia's house and then we get changed into something more comfortable, we chill for a bit then head to bed as we have training tomorrow. I do my nightly routine and climb into bed, as soon as I get in Alessia pulls me closer. " I've miss you and this so much" she mumbles into my stomach as she rested her head on me. " I have missed you too, princesa" I tell her. Alessia moves her self a bit so she's for comfortable and I hold her tight and in the first time in what seems forever, I get to fall asleep with the love of my life.
