Tom and I were now 25. We got married when we both turned 23. The whole group was still together.
Bill and Ansley had a little girl and got married a year after Tom and I.
Andrea and Gustav got engaged 6 months ago and are also expecting a little boy soon.
Georg ended up contacting the girl from my old job at the Music Store. They have been dating for 3 years.
Tom and I had twin boys and they were just like bill and Tom.
Last year I had made the decision to open my own business. I owned a cafe with shelves full of book. We also offered music lessons in the building next door that was built onto the cafe.
We hire employees of all kinds. Whether they have special needs, are having a hard time financially, or lost souls that just need help at the moment.
I always believed that if you helped others it would be paid back, and it has. Because every time I see a smile on their faces I know I helped someone that was similar to me at one point in my life.
" are my boys ready?" I asked the little babies that I had just finished getting dressed.
They gave me gummy smiles and little coos came out of their mouths.
" I am here what can I help with." Tom said with a smile on his face.
" cam you finish packing their bags?"
" of course." Tom said giving me a kiss.
I heard a knock on our front door so I took Mack with me while Tom watched will.
" hi!" I greeted Bill, Ansley, and little Anna.
She was around the same age as the twins.
" hi my little baby!" Bill said taking Mack into his arms.
" ok is everyone ready?" Tom asked with the bag on his arm and Will in his arms.
" yes." We walked outside all getting Into out cars. Tom buckled the boys in and then we headed off to our destination.
We played some music for the boys since it always calmed them on car rides.
We soon arrived so tom turned the car off as i grabbed will whole he got Mack. Bill parked their car and Ansley got Anna out of the car as well.
We walked through the area until we found the place we were meant to be. The boys set out two blankets and then we all sat down on them.
" will, Mack, Anna, these are your grandmothers. They were best friends growing up. With out them we probably would of never met." Bill said to the babies while pointing at the graves.
I looked at them and they all had gummy grins showing and making noises. Right when the babies made the noises the wind stared to pick up leaves and circle around us.
I felt a tear roll down my cheek. I laid my head on toms chest with Will In my arms.
I had the family I always wanted.
