As the stars appear in the black ink they called the night, they decided to lay one last game and that was hide and seek

Atsushi was the first one to count and ranpo hid from him, but that didn't even last for 5 minutes, mainly because ranpo wasn't good on hiding

Atsushi was the one that was good at hiding, because ranpo gave up after 23 minutes and atsushi won that game because he was in a tree

They has noticed the time and said bye to each other and ranpo left, leaving atsushi there.. Alone, atsushi wonder how he was going to shower, then he looked at the water and got a idea

After that he got changed, he grab a book and a flashlight from the bag and started to read to himself and fell asleep

As he woke in the middle of the night ranpo was there sitting next to him, watch the stars and atsushi saw a shooting star, it was beautiful

Ranpo noticed atsushi was awake and jumped, Ranpo had a face of fear and also happy

"What are you doing here?" They both say

They both now have a face of surprise

"I left my orphanage", " I ran away from my parents"

They said after the other, still having the face of surprise, until they heard a sound of someone walking around dragging someone

Atsushi put his bag on his shoulder

"You know how to climb up a tree?" Atsushi asked

Ranpo nodded and they got up the tree they were next to, and thankfully the person didn't see or hear them, probably to busy with that thing they're dragging

Ranpo stayed next to atsushi, and not trying to be in the light of the moon, but they could see who the person is, it was a man dragging a woman body with blood all over her wedding dress?, or something that looked like one

Ranpo started to freak out as atsushi hold him close covering his mouth, so the man wouldn't hear ranpo loud breathing, atsushi watch the man throw the women in the water, her body disappearing, as the man walks back to leave, the boys stay quiet until they couldn't see him no more

"Holy shit.." Ranpo said quietly, "oh my god"

They stayed up there until they could see the sunrise up and atsushi got off and helped ranpo get off the tree, They run over to the river checking by any chance the woman was still there

She wasn't but the water had a red tint now, at least you couldn't see it and most of the rocks had blood on it, atsushi put his hand on ranpo shoulder

"Well this is going to be something" atsushi said, "I wonder what happens next?" Ranpo says

They turn to walk away from the water for a bit, because they didn't want blood on them for now and look suspicious, so atsushi pull out a book and reads to ranpo as he listens to atsushi

It was a weird feeling in the air like bad things are going to happen to them, like death follows and they are going to find more dead people

But time will tell

SOOOO yeah the two chapters are the actual beginning of this story because THIS AIN'T NO REGULAR LOVE STORY THIS IS A CHAOTIC LOVE STORY 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
