First steps

*they head downstairs, taking the empty sushi box with them to throw it away*

Josh: Are you going to call Lucy? Tell her to come at two. That way we got two hours to get ready to surprise her.

Jocelyn: Sure! I want to hint her that we are dating while she's here. Let's hint for about an hour and if she hasn't realized it by then, we are going to make it very obvious!

Josh: Sounds like a plan! I will get some brownies from the store and something to drink, okay?

Jocelyn: Sure! I'll see you in a bit. In the meantime, I'll call Lucy and put together a playlist.

*Josh heads to the supermarket and Jocelyn calls Lucy*

Jocelyn: Hey! I need you to come over to Josh his house. Can you get here at two?

Lucy: Sure! That was kind of sudden... Is everything okay?

Jocelyn: Oh no, everything is fine. I just wanted you to come over today, so you can meet with Josh again! We could chill and listen to some music while talking. He is getting some brownies at the moment.

Lucy: Alright, I'll be there.

Jocelyn: See you in a bit!

*Lucy hangs up and Jocelyn scrolls through her phone to mix together a playlist with songs about love. After she puts together an one and a half hours long playlist, she gets dressed in a baggy outfit from Josh his closet. Josh is finally home with some snacks and drinks*

Josh: Jocelyn! Where are you? 

*Jocelyn walks down the stairs, showing up in Josh his vision. Josh his eyes lock on Jocelyn as she walks down the stairs*

Josh: Are those my clothes? You look so cute in that outfit! 

Jocelyn: I didn't bring any other outfit... So, I thought I'd lend some clothes from your closet.

Josh: I'm so glad you did... You look so adorable in my clothes...

*Josh brings the snacks and drinks to the kitchen and walks over to Jocelyn, holding her by the waist*

Josh: I am just going to call you my butterfly now, is that okay my little butterfly?

Jocelyn: That is such a cute nickname! I might steal it... Be careful.

*Jocelyn giggles slightly while getting closer. There is a slight silence as they stare at each other quietly, just taking in each other's beauty. They keep leaning slightly closer until their lips meet again in a sweet, loving kiss. After pulling back, they walk to the living room*

Josh: We still have about a half hour left before Lucy gets here, should we start the process of you moving in? We can start by gathering all the information and things we need, like where do we sign you in at my house and how do we sign you out of your house. Before we actually do all the signing, we should also look at what you are going to bring with you and what not, from your house. 

Jocelyn: If we start off with looking where to do the signing, the rest will come later. Lucy is known for being early. 

*after about fifteen minutes, Lucy rings the doorbell. Josh saves the information they found and Jocelyn gets the door*

Jocelyn: Hey Lucy! Nice to see you again. How are you doing?

Lucy: It's so weird to actually get into the house... I am actually very nervous to be here.

Jocelyn: Don't worry about anything! Josh is such a chill guy, you would be surprised. 

*they head to the living room and sit down. Jocelyn sits next to Josh, almost against him. She starts to play the music from the playlist she created*

Josh: Hey Lucy! It's nice to meet you again. You seem nervous?

Lucy: I uhm- I kind of am, if I may say. I mean it's Josh! In real life...

Josh: Get used to it, because you might see me around some more. 

Lucy: What do you mean? 

Jocelyn: Me and Josh decided to keep in contact again! We really missed each other in the half year we had separated. 

Josh: So, I will be around a little more.

*Josh stands up and gets some snacks and drinks. He also has some glasses for the drinks and displays everything on the table. After everything is placed down, Josh sits back on the couch even closer to Jocelyn than before. He sits back and wraps his arm around Jocelyn her shoulder, trying to keep it casual, so Lucy doesn't pick up too quickly*

-time skip from one hour-

*Lucy still did not pick up on all the hints. Josh and Jocelyn sit close together, the music about love and the looks Josh and Jocelyn shoot at each other. Jocelyn gets closer to Josh, just to whisper something in his ear*

Jocelyn (whispering): She still hasn't noticed yet... How do we make it more obvious?

Josh: Don't worry, I'll take care of it.

Lucy: What? What are you guys talking about?

Jocelyn: You will see...

*Jocelyn cracks a smirk and Josh starts giggling. Lucy seems slightly sad and decides to ask them about what is happening*

Lucy: Jocelyn, is he your new bestie or something? You guys seem so close together now... It kind of feels like you are shutting me out.

Jocelyn: I promise you that you are still my best friend! But this guy is my butterfly right here...

Lucy: What? Your butterfly? 

*Josh chuckles and rests his forehead on Jocelyn her head. Lucy looks at them trying to figure out what is happening, suddenly it clicks and her face turns to shock* 

Lucy: Wait! Are you?

*while giggling, Josh plants a kiss on Jocelyn her head and sits back again*

Jocelyn: There we go... Are you catching on?

Lucy: Are you guys dating?!
