"Are you coming to the party tonight?" Mika directs the question at all of us sitting at the table.

"Whose party is it?" Kane asks but he doesn't look away from the table on the other side of the cafeteria.

The table where Harley is currently sat at.

"Blackwells." Mika says, causing my head to snap up.

Taking a chip from Flints tray, I say, "Yes." As he says, "No."

We both turn to look at each other with a frown. "You're not going?"

"You are?"

Nodding my head with a hum I take another chip. Flint kindly pushes the whole tray in my direction. "Yeah, Grace and Harley asked me to go with them."

I take a glance at Kane who's snapped his head towards me, sitting straight in his seat. "Harley's going?"

Turning to look at him I decide to be fully transparent. "Yeah, Blackwell invited her personally. She declined at first." I give him a once over, throw him a look. "But she's changed her mind."

Mika rolls his eyes, turns to me, leans forward. "You want us to pick you up since Flints not going?"

With a grin I nod my head. "Yes please."

Mika nods back, holds his hand out for a fist bump. "Pick you up at 9?"

Nodding my head again I go to bump his fist but Flints slapping his hand away before I can. Slumping in his seat, eyes narrowed at the table, a stupid frown on his face.

"Fine?" I poke his cheek, tug his curls until he turns his head. Still frowning.

He nods slightly. "Fine."

Frowning I reach up to tug at the corners of his lips with two fingers. "Then smile."

Flint slaps my hands away. Throwing me a sarcastic smile but it's better than his usual frown so I beam at him in return.

Hearing a beep outside I rush down the steps of my apartment building.

Almost tripping at least twice before I make it out the door.

Grinning I wave at the boys in the car.
