Chapter five

Michelle's POV

Once I got to school I parked my car and went inside school. I only have 8 minutes until the bell rings. I was looking for the principles office when I bumped into a girl. This is the second person I bump into since yesterday.

"I'm so sorry." she said.

"It's okay. I was just looking for the principles office and I didn't see you." I said.

"I can show you where it is. By the way my name is Beck." she said.

"Michelle." I said. We shook hands and she took me to the principles office. I thanked her and before I can go in she stopped me.

"Do you think we can hang out again?" She asked. I nodded and smiled. I went inside and the principle told me to sit down.

"Hello. You must be Michelle Irwin?" The principal asked.

"My name is Mrs. Brown. Here is your schedule. You may leave." mrs. Brown said nicely. I thanked her and left to History class which was my homeroom.

I went inside class and everyones eyes were on me. I went up to the teacher.

"Hi. My name is Michelle Irwin. I'm new here." I said.

"Ah. Yes. Ms. Irwin. Please introduce yourself then you may take a seat." she said.

"Oh I forgot. My name is Mrs. Brooks." Mrs. Brooks adds.

Mrs. Brooks stands up and stands next to me.

"Class please be quiet. We have a new student and she is going to introduce herself." Mrs. Brooks said.

"Hello everyone. My name is Michelle Irwin. I am from America. Most of you know a tornado hit America. I live with my aunt and uncle. I have no siblings. I hope we can be friends." I said with a smiled. After I was done a girl in the front whispered she must be Ashton Irwin's sister. I just ignored it and went to a seat that was empty.

Mrs. Brooks began with the class and I took my notebook writing notes.

~skip to end of school~ (sorry I didn't want to write the whole school things)

Beck and I were walking to my car since you know school finished.

"Need a ride?" I ask Beck.

"No thanks. My mom is on her way." she said.

"Let's switch numbers." I said. Beck nodded and we switched numbers. I got in my car after and drove off to my place. Once I got home I put my stuff down on my couch and that's when I heard noises coming from upstairs. I went quietly upstairs and heard that the noises are coming from my room. I quietly tip toed to my room and opened the door a tiny bit and thats when I saw four boys on my bed watching TV. I opened the door fully and crossed my arms.

"You guys scared me." I said.

"Sorry but we came to know you more. How about we play 20 questions?" Ashton said. We all nodded and went to the living room but before that Calum turned the TV off. We sat in a circle and Luke started.

"Michelle. Full name." Luke said.

"Michelle Irwin." I said. Thats when it all went quiet.

"See i told you it could have been your sister when we meet her." Michael said.

"Shut up Michael." Calum said.

"Guys whats going on?" I asked.

Ashton started crying and then I got confused.

"Michelle?" Ashton cried.

"Whats going on?" I asked.

"My mom told me I had a younger sister named Michelle. We have pictures of her from when we were young. We have pictures from the goodbye party. Michelle went to a high school in America. Now she is back. I have my other baby sister back." Ashton said.

"Other? What?" i asked. Im so confused.

Obviously i am finding this out now.

"Thats why you look like him." Luke said.

"What?" I asked.

"My sister is back." Ashton said.

"What? I am not your sister." I said.

"Yes you are. Your my younger sister. Apart from Lauren." Ashton said.

I got up and ran to my room. The boys followed me and i locked my door and they started knocking. Ashton Irwin fron 5 Seconds Of Summer is my brother? My older brother?

"Michelle please come out. We can explain." Calum said.

"No! Leave me alone." I said.

"Michelle please. Little sis." Ashton said.

"NO! Stop saying im your sister! Im not. Your confused. I dont have any siblings. Aunt Elizabeth told me i have no siblings. I cant be your sister! I cant!" I yelled. I cant be!

"I know aunt Elizabeth told me the exact same thing that i dont have another sister. My- well our mom explained everything to me when i was 16." Ashton said.

"Please leave me alone. I need to think. I need to be alone. I need my space for now. Please dont look for me again. Dont talk to me until i know everything. Until i know the truth. Im not going to believe you like that. So please get out. You know the way out." I said.

"I'll explain everything right now." Ashton said.

"NO! LEAVE ME ALONE! GET OUT!" I yelled.

"Fine." Ashton said. I was now crying a lot. When i heard the front door close i unlocked mine and went downstairs. I wiped my tears but only more came out. I went to the living room and sat down. Im not in the mood to do homework.

"Michelle?" I hear my aunt say. I got up and went to the front door. I try to wipe my tears but only more came out.

"Honey what's wrong?" My aunt asked getting closer but I backed away. 

"Don't get close to me. I have two questions. I need you guys to answer them. I need to know the truth." I said.

"Go on. We are listening. What's the question?" My uncle said.

"Who is Ashton Irwin? Is he my brother?" I ask.

"Crap. Time to tell her Dave." I hear my aunt mumble.

"Excuse me? Im suppose to know the truth. I am old enough to know. I want to know if he is my brother and i want to know if i have other siblings." I said.

"Yes. You have three siblings." My uncle says. Three?!

"who?" I ask.

"Ashton Fletcher Irwin who is your older brother. Lauren Irwin who is your younger sister. Harry Irwin who is your younger brother." My aunt said.

"I have three siblings i never knew about?" I ask.

"Yes. Three siblings who dont know who you are." My aunt said.

"I know Ashton. I met him. Him and his band members." i said.

"How did you meet?" my aunt asked.

"I bumped into Luke when i was taking a walk and he introduced me to his band members." I said.

"I need to know everything. I need someone to explain."
