I gather these flowers in my hands just admiring their preciousness, their diversifications, how full of life they are and I thought of her...

But they looked, so trapped.

I took the petals off and they seemed free and that was when I realized, I’m happy.

I’m free.

I looked at my surroundings and saw that my love was freed. I found my release, she got more out of me.

I’m no longer trapped, I was freed.

I’m free to love, free to love her.

No pretense.

I’ve grown tired.

No ignorance.

I’m now aware.

No deviance.

I’m now coiled.

I’m happy to be freed and I’m happy to give love and be loved.

But most of all, I’m happy that...

I’m no longer trapped.

Trapped in my own flesh, my own thoughts.

I broke free.

I’m in love and she’s willing to love me.

And that’s when I realized.
