Stella

         I looked at the man before me dumbfounded. I was puzzled, tired and drained. This was too much for me, I had to walk away because suddenly I felt weak, "Uh," I lost my balance as Errin reached out to catch me.

"Stella, have you been eating?" he carried me inside, putting me to lay down in the couch.

He came here to break it off with me... This made me cry even harder, the tears were streaming down my face. I thought he said we would be fine? What happened to that?

He came back with a cup and aspirin. I took them as he instructed but remained muted. I couldn't talk plus I couldn't help the tears running down my cheeks.

Looking at me from the other side of the room, he slightly smiled, "You must be wondering why? Am I right?"

I never answered or said anything. I was just looking around the room because I was feeling it. The pain.

"Well my therapist said tha-" I cut him off,

"Oh fuck that therapist. Male or female?" I asked overly angered.

"Mrs. Blooming, she's really old and married."

I was just about to say that she wanted my man but in all actuality, maybe she did. Who the fuck knows?! I felt exasperated.

"So she told you some fuckery about leaving me alone to work on yourself right?"

He sat beside of me, "Woman would you listen to me before you start with your tantrum."

I looked at him appalled, "I'm not throwing a tantrum Errin, I'm hurt, I'm painfully hurt."

He closed his eyes before exhaling deeply.

"She said that we don't really know each other characters well and we should get to know each more before we start dating...again, I'd presume," he pushed back a lock that fell in my face, "that's if you'd want that."

I blinked about 100 times before I succumbed myself to really interpret what he was saying.

"Oh..." I trailed, sniffing. "I guess I'd have to Errin because I can't lose you. I can't fathomed my life without you in it." I hugged him as if my life depended on it.

He returned the gesture, "If only reality was set up beautifully but then that would be a fantasy."

When I pulled from him, "So she thinks we didn't know each other that well?"

He nodded, "I did explain everything to her but she said you being sick is totally different from you being healthy."

I laughed, "So what about us being boss and assistant?" I raised my eyebrow at him.

He rubbed his chin and smirked, "She said, that was unhealthy, most of it I was with other women, business meetings and then finally when you hypnotized me, it was more courting."

I nodded, I see, "Therefore, we should get to know each other? Like understand each other better?"

He nodded, "You'd be really surprise to realize that you might not know much about me."

"But I feel like I know you Errin..."

He shook his head, "That was what I thought about you too..."

I closed my eyes, how many years Lord before I live this down? "Fair enough..."
