Travis sat on a bench scrolling through his phone when he stumbled upon a disturbing image. It was a photo of his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, in a compromising position. He quickly realized that it was a fake, somewhat realistic image that someone had spread online.

Travis felt his blood boil as he continued to scroll through social media and saw more and more of these fake explicit pictures of Taylor. They just kept getting more disturbing. The stupid brads and chads.  You hate her and swifties at nfl games so you depict her being sexually assaulted at arrowhead stadium as revenge???. As if he didn't already have issues with Ai considering his writer friends weren't being paid fairly, now this; realistic deepfakes of someone he cares about.   He couldn't believe that someone would be so demented to do this,  and that 20k  people would like the posts. The 50 million views on one sickened him.  This was his girlfriend, someone who he loved and cherished.

He immediately FaceTimed Taylor to see if she was okay, assuming she  knew about these fake pictures. She picked up right away. 

" hey, I just saw. Are you alright?"  

" yeah I'm fine. They actually jailed him this time. After 30 times. I doubt they will hold him long because the legal system is useless when it comes to stalking but I'll take what I can get."

"What?" That's not why he called. But now he's also worried about her safety too 

" my newest stalker? It's in the news after he was arrested yet again...is that not why you're calling?" There was a mixture of confusion and anxiety in her voice and on her face. He didn't want to have to break it to her 

" baby have you been in social media or online at all today?" He prompts gently

" No. Tree told me I might wanna that avoid today. Makes sense, pathetic football bros are probably mad at me hypothetically being shown at your next game. I assume it's only intensified as the race to the super bowl gets closer"  she says. 

Okay so Tree likely knows he decides, which made sense because she was on top of things.  But that meant Taylor had questions about why he called and he's have to beak the news to her . 

" Tay that's not why I called to check up. There's uh, fake nsfw pics of you going around. They are really graphic. I'm sure that's why Tree told you to stay off the internet" 

She was shocked and hurt, and tears started to form in her eyes. Travis could hear the pain in her voice as she explained that she had no idea about these pictures and that they were completely fabricated.

" I'm sorry baby." 

Travis felt a rush of anger wash over him. He couldn't believe that people would spread these disgusting images of Taylor. He knew that she had dealt with her fair share of rumors and hate, but this was crossing the line. This was sexual harassment. 

He comforted Taylor and reassured her that he would handle it for now. He'd Contact Tree to see how to stop these pics from spreading. He didn't want her to have to think about it.  He called their teams  and asked them about taking legal action against anyone who was sharing these fake pictures.

He wanted to speak out against this, make a statement  expressing his anger and disgust at the people who were trying to hurt Taylor. But it had to be on her terms, she had stated she didn't want him doing that, or anything that would draw more attention to what happened.  

He didn't know if she/ her team would make a statement,  it was really down to what Taylor wanted to do. He imagines that she's probably feeling really violated. If she wanted to handle this quietly he'd understand.
