Where Have You Gone

"What!! You mean the girl in the grey shirt?" Becky wondered

"You're asking this as if we were talking some alien language! You heard it right the first time", said Irin

Becky took some deep breaths, switched on her selfie camera took a look at her appearance corrected the frizzed hair, and slowly stood up from the table.

"You can do it", Mind showed a thumbs-up sign towards Becky.

Becky slowly approached the girl's table.

That girl was eating her noodles with one hand and the other was holding a book. Becky was hesitant about how to start the conversation with her. She was rehearsing the conversation inside her head.

The blood on Becky's face drained when the girl suddenly looked up to her directly into her eyes. Becky felt a chill running through her spine. She has never felt something like this ever in her life before. She has never seen eyes as black as the girl's. Becky could stand all day in front of those soul-catching eyes.

"Hello... Miss do you need anything!?!", The girl asked.

Oh my freaking god. Her voice, Becky is literally melting on the moment.

"No... nothing", she said and started to walk towards her table head hung down. She could hear Nop's giggles.

The upcoming days went with some excitement for Becky. She didn't even bother her friend's trolls. She was having a mental conversation with her perfect stranger every time. She zoned out more often, she used to laugh to herself nothing went unnoticed by her gang.

The same thing happened in her house too. Her mom noticed her changes on the first evening itself but she remained calm.

"Becky... Becky....", Her mom shouted.

"Yes Mom", Becky came back to reality.

"You've been drawing circles in the empty plate for more than an hour. What happened to you?", her mom asked.

"I think... I think... I've found the one for me",  she said while blushing hard.

"What !! Who is the girl? Is she Thai?".

"I think so. I don't know anything about her not even her name. But I know one thing for sure when I see her I can't control the hormonal rush within me", She blushed hard this time

"Mmm... I'm happy for you my girl but what if she is married?", Her mom asked with a smirk

"Mom...????"

"No, I'm just kidding. When you see her next time approach her gently and try to talk".

"Mmm.." Becky nodded quietly.

The gang has come to the food court for lunch. Becky's eyes were constantly waving throughout the food court for her girl.

"Are you still thinking about her", Nop asked.

"About who? I'm just looking around", said Becky

"Becky you don't have to lie to us. We all knew you were looking for the girl. Don't worry she will come. We'll wait until then". Irin said

Becky smiled as she scratched her neck.

"How are you so sure?", Mind asked Irin

"Mmm... Becky and that girl have a secret wifi connection. She can feel her presence", Irin said with a giggle.

As they were talking, the girl walked past them and took a seat at an empty table across from where Becky was sitting.

Everyone eyes her to approach the girl. Becky was ready today.
