Where Have You Gone

Chapter 1️⃣5️⃣

Becky rushed to the door and opened it. She ran towards the elevator that had already gone down. Irin's condo was on the tenth floor so Becky knew she had no time to wait for the elevator to come up. She started to climb down the stairs at full speed.

She reached the entrance of the building but no signs of Sam. She has gone, only she knows where.

"Sam.... Sam...", Becky screamed in a direction that was of no use.

She rushed to her room to take her phone. She dialed Sam's number, and it rang fully but Sam didn't attend the call. Becky again and again, Sam didn't pick up the call.

Becky sent a voice message to Sam. The message showed a blue double tick which showed that Sam had heard her message, she felt a bit relieved. Sam didn't respond to her message, but Becky decided to give some space to her.

Sam on the other side was sitting inside a car. She was crying uncontrollably. She knows Becky can't be blamed in this situation. If Sam had executed her plan today the situation would have been different now.

She saw Becky calling her again and again but she was not in a state to attend the call. Then she saw a message notification, when she opened it was a voice note from Becky.

Her hands trembled before pressing the play button.

"Sam baby.. please come back to me. I'm... I'm.. so sorry. I was actually very worried about you. I.. I missed you a lot. Please, Sam, I'll take back what I said about ending things. I promise I'll never hurt you. Take your time babe but please come back to your Becbec. Love you, Sam".

Sam doesn't know how to feel so she chooses not to reply anything.

Sam and Becky both were awake all night. They couldn't sleep a bit.

Irin came back to the condo by next morning at 7 am. When she entered she saw her kitchen was tidier than before. It has washed vessels aside. Irin had a naughty smile on her face, she went to the guest room and hesitated a bit before opening the door.

What the worst could happen? Irin thought to herself and opened the door. She saw Becky on the bed alone.

"Hey Becky... Wake up"

"What... Irin... Irin",  Becky couldn't complete her sentence. She hugged Irin and started crying loudly.

"Becky, what happened? Tell me dear",  Irin asked her politely.

Becky narrates everything except the part where her hands are on Sam's bare breast. Becky couldn't there tears as she finished saying everything.

"YOU DID NOT !!
YOU SHOOED HER AWAY!!
DIDN'T YOU !?!?", Irin was so mad at her.

"Sorry Irin.. it was not..."

"Don't say that word Becky. Indeed it was intentional".

"I'm sorry".

"Okay at least you decided the good thing. Give her space Becky. She will definitely come back to you".

Becky blankly nodded

"Becky you need to speak with your parents. They are worried". Irin said handing over the phone.

Becky knew it was not the right time to go home, so she told her parents that she had projects lined up and she had to work late and had to travel a lot in the upcoming days so she told them that she would be staying at Irin's condo the information Becky told was not completely a lie.

They have got a jewelry ad as their next project. The client was Heng's friend. They have one of the biggest jewelry chains in Thailand. They will have to work more for this advertisement.
