Cracks in the certainty

While he is tying his hair into a bun and actually wants to be on the way to his studio for a long time already, he decides at the last second to sprint quickly through the hallway towards the kitchen. He has been stressed since he opened his eyes this first thing this morning, because today he sees Louis again and already has the feeling that this course will end in another personal catastrophe. That's why he quickly opens his drawer full of sweets and immediately throws 3 chocolate bars into his sports bag that is hanging over his shoulder.

Harry wants to do everything he can to fight against a possible eat-flash, but just having them with him gives him security and he hopes that alone is enough so that he can maintain his healthy lifestyle from last week and not fall back into his unhealthy behaviour patterns.

With a glance at the time on his phone, he quickly sets off and instead of jogging like he usually does, he takes the tube today so as not to be late for his own yoga class.

He barely notices the other people on the train, instead staring into space and mentally giving himself a pep talk. Harry will simply ignore this cheeky blue-eyed man today or throw him straight out of his class at the slightest sign of swearing again. Harry was brought up not to say such words and carries it deeply with him even as a grown man, and such behaviour really doesn't fit into the peaceful atmosphere of his course, which is about stretching and relaxing the body but also the mind.

It's also important to Harry to be respected for once in his life and he won't let that be ruined by a small man with a much too big mouth.

A little more relieved and with more confidence for this day, he finally gets up when the tube stops at his stop and takes the last steps to his studio.

He still has about ten minutes until his first class starts and, as always, he uses them for his morning routine.

Just as he comes out of the changing room he had prepared, the first participants arrive and Harry greets them all happily. Shortly afterwards everyone has gathered and is already sitting cross-legged on their mats and Harry could actually start if he wasn't still waiting for the last two missing participants.

He tries to smile through his annoyance and looks at the clock on the wall. But then finally the last two burst into the room and the blonde woman, Lottie Tomlinson as he read from the registration form, raises her hands apologetically.

"I am so sorry. As always, my brother was late to pick me up. But it won't happen again, I promise," she says, audibly rushed and dragging a grinning Louis behind her.

"That would be very nice, I think punctuality is very important and I won't wait to start again," Harry replies sternly and then immediately begins to initiate the course in a softer voice.

As he closes his eyes he hears softly whispered words and at least understands "stick in the ass" which makes him immediately open his eyes again. Harry shoots daggers at Louis, knowing that he said it and he also knows that he meant him. But instead of looking caught or apologetic, the other man actually has the nerve to wave and wink.

Harry snorts and closes his eyes again with all his might.

Focus on yourself and your other participants. He's not worth losing your temper.

The first relaxation exercises he does with the course go according to plan and there is complete silence, everyone is busy with their breathing and Harry also feels so wonderfully at peace.

Until he starts again to increase the poses in difficulty the longer the lesson goes on. And even if he wanted to, it's just impossible to look away or not listen to what Louis is doing on his mat. Every exercise is accompanied by loud groans and sighs and Harry almost has the impression that he is doing them wrong on purpose.
