Dear Diary,
I just got told from a guy that i liked very much
That i'm very strange.
All i said was that i was excited to see him
And he showed no excitement back.
So i'm very strange.
I told him we just want different things
He wants to hook up I want to hang out
So i'm very strange.
I just wanted you to talk to me a little bit
Respond slightly faster, enough to show interest.
Because of that, I'm very strange.
Sometimes i forget that people can be so delusional
So unaware, so selfish, that they think their way IS the only way.
I am so grateful i life a life where i know there is more then one way.
You can change, you can get better, but you guys.
I cant fucking do it for you, and that's what i will remind myself with.
People only change when they want to change.
Remember this when i scream it:
YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE YOURSELF. YOU CANT CHANGE OTHERS.
No matter how much you want to, how hard you try.
The only way you will get change, is if that person is open, aware, and WANTS to change.
So the next time a guy calls you very strange
Know that he isn't even within your standards range.
