Audrey's Pov

“Bakit ba ang tagal magsimula? Ang dami na kayang nakapila tsaka ang sabi 2pm start eh 3:30 na.” rinig kong reklamo ng isang student.

“Ang sabi may hinihintay pa raw si Bada. Hindi ba't ang sabi once na magstart na, may cut off na yung pila.”

“Si Bada may hinihintay? Imposible.”

“Edi pasukin mo sa loob para makita mo silang nagtatalo ni Redlic.” natatawang paliwanag nito sa kasama niya.

“Never naman silang naghintay. Anong meron? Kung kailan pinalitan president tsaka naman pumangit pamamalakad ni Bada.”

Ano ba naman mga to! Yung chismisan nila rinig na rinig ko. Deep inside alam kong ako yung hinihintay ni Bada. She asked me to join at ngayon lang ako nakapagdecide. Wala na nahihiya—”

“You finally came.” biglang sumulpot si Bada sa harapan ko na may ngiti sa labi dahilan din para makuha atensyon ng mga students na nakapila.

“Hi, let's start na.” I whispered to her and she nodded. Bada ran inside the studio and started the screening.

Ang daming nakapila as in. Hindi ko alam kung gusto talaga nila mag-audition o gusto lang nila makita si Bada.

She's really famous inside the school. I remember watching their dance performance last week and I could really tell Bada is everyone's type. Everytime she would show up during their performance, she always got the loudest scream.

“Oh nandito kana pala.” napalingon ako sakanya at napakunot noo.

“Ha?”

“Ikaw pala yung hinihintay ni Bada.” She said and lined up behind me.

“Excuse me? Do I know you?”

“No but I know Bada. She's my former classmate from Class B.” She smiled at me.

“And?”

“Bakit ba ang taray mo? Ang sabi ni Bada mabait ka.”

“Mabait naman ako pero sakanya lang.” I sarcastically replied and turned my back on her.

“Grabe ang harsh naman. Alam mo bang isa ako sa mga pumayag na hintayin ka?” that caught me off guard and faced her.

“A-ano?”

“Member ako ng dance club and Bada really fought for you.” She explained while smiling at me.

Fought for me? Why?

“Kaya galingan mo ha? Hindi ka naman ilalaban ni Bada kung walang dahilan eh. Prove them wrong, Audrey.” She added and tapped my shoulder as she went back inside the studio.

“Next!” rinig kong tawag nila kaya agad akong pumasok sa loob at doon napagtanto na nandun lahat members ng dance club.

I feel so anxious. It's been so long since I danced and I feel like I'm back to zero again. I and my mom discussed this a lot but in the end, she gave her full support and she let me decide for myself.

“Introduce yourself.” sabi nung babaeng katabi ni Bada. Ito ba yung Redlic? She seems sweet.

“Hi, my name is Audrey Partlow from Class C. I love dancing and I used to dance when I was a kid.” I know my introduction was too lame but I don't really have any background and interesting story.

“Wait 'used'? So you already stopped dancing?” tanong niya habang si Bada naman nakatitig lang saakin.

“Yes.”
