chapter 22

Scarlets POV-

I was watching tv in my living room when I heard my front door open so I turned my head and saw Gracie walk in. She smiled at me and ran up and sat on my lap hugging me.

"I missed you so much." she whispered.

I let a laugh out and kissed her cheek.

"I missed you too, how was your day?" I asked smiling at her.

"Busy. First I was at the studio for 3 hours and I had a vogue interview and then I had a very long meeting-

I stared at her smiling as she talked but she looked at me and stopped. I put my hand on her cheek and rubbed it softly.

"what?" I asked still smiling at her.

She looked down smiling and then looked back up at me.

"nothing uh and so then at the meeting w-we talked about tour. It will start in 3 months." she said looking at me.

I nodded listening.

"you're so pretty I love that face." I said kissing her cheek.

She wrapped her arms around me for a couple of seconds and then looked at me and smashed our lips together. I brought her body closer to mine wrapping my arms around her waist.

"so you're leaving me for tour huh?" I said backing away.

She crunched her nose and smiled.

"come with me?" she asked.

"with you? on tour?" I asked.

She nodded smiling.

"I guess I can make it happen." I said smiling at her.

She smiled and then kissed me again.

"thank you thank you thank you." she whispered.

" of course my love." I said.

Gracie and I were now in my car on our way to go get dinner. We decided to have a date night out instead of just ordering food.

"Babe you missed the turn." she said looking at me.

I turned to look at her and I saw her smiling with her lips pressed together. I took a deep breath in and shook my head.

"what street was it my love?" I said turning the car around.

"this one right here." she said pointing.

I made the turn and thankfully the restaurant was right there.

I got out first and helped her out of the car since she had heels on.

"Thank you baby." she said grabbing my hand as we walked in.

I kissed her hand and smiled at her.

"Hi are you guys here for a reservation tonight?" the front lady asked.

"Hi yes, under Gray." I said.

She nodded and motioned for us to follow her. I got us a table more in the back so we had more privacy since the restaurant had a few windows.

Once we got to the table I pulled Gracies chair out for her and then sat down in my own.

We were both looking at our menus when I looked up and saw Gracie looking at me.

"are you okay babe?" I asked.

She smiled and nodded.

"you're just perfect and I love looking at you." she said smiling.

I smiled and rolled my eyes at her.

"pick your food loser." I said smiling at her.

"Oh don't worry I already know what i'm eating tonight." She said winking.

I put my hand on my face and shook my head laughing which made her laugh with me.

" I bet babe I bet." I said laughing.

After we calmed down, a waiter came up to our table and we ordered our food. It took about 15 minutes for it to come out but we didn't mind because the food was really good and well made and plus the restaurant was a little busy and we made a last minute reservation.

"I want dessert but I don't know if I can do it. My stomach is gonna explode." Gracie said groaning and holding her stomach.

"we can take some dessert home baby girl." I said grabbing her hand that was on the table.

"Chocolate cake?" She asked.

"whatever you want." I said kissing her hand.

Once we were done getting our desserts, I paid for our dinner and of course gracie fought about it but I won in the end. We got into my car and I drove us back home.

"Every time I wear heels I remind myself why I hate them so much." she said plopping herself onto my bed.

I laughed at her and then sat down next to her and began taking her heels off of her.

she looked at me and smiled.

"better?" I asked.

"so much better." she said moving onto my lap.

"can we go to sleep? i'm tired." She whispered.

I kissed her head and nodded picking her up and bringing her up to the bed and helped her take off her dress.

"let me get changed and i'll be right back." I said.

She grabbed my hand so I looked back at her.

"come here." she said.

I walked to the edge of the bed and she started unbuttoning my shirt and pants. I smiled down at her as she took my shirt off.

"no need to go get changed." she said looking up at me.

I took my pants off and got into bed with her wrapping my arms around her. She put her head on my chest and one leg over me.

"is this comfortable for you?" she whispered.

"yes, get some sleep my love." I said.

She looked up and gently kissed me.

"I love you." she said.

"I love you more beautiful." I said wrapping my arms around her tightly.
