chapter 39

Scarlets POV-

I woke up by the sun hitting me in face and Gracie moving in her sleep but I didn't mind. I looked over at her as she slept and moved a strand of her hair to the side so I could fully see her face. She's the most beautiful girl i've ever laid eyes on and I really do love her.

"stop staring at me weirdo." she said quietly with a little smile.

she opened her eyes slowly and looked at me.

"I wasn't looking at you." I said rolling my eyes.

"yes you were I felt it." she said.

she moved closer to me and I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her head.

"nope I just couldn't help but notice that you were drooling all over my pillow like ew I just washed my sheets too, how could you?" I said smiling down at her.

"oh i'm sorry, maybe I need to be punished for it." she said, wrapping her arms around my neck.

"how did you just wake up and you're already horny?" I asked, letting a laugh out.

"fine, i'll take care of myself then." she said.

she was about to get up but I gently pushed her back down and got on top of her.

"hi sexy." she said smiling.

I smiled at her and bent down to kiss her but before our lips could touch we heard my door bell and knocking coming from the front door.

"seriously?" she groaned.

I smiled and kissed her deeply. she pulled my body down on top of her to deepen the kiss and then the knocking started again.

"ugh fine go get it, let me get dressed and then i'll be down." she said pouting.

"i'm sorry sweet girl." I said kissing her cheek.

I got out of bed and put my shirt on and walked downstairs. I opened the door to Finley with his hand through his hair. He immediately walked in pushing past me.

"okay um good morning to you too mr grumpy pants." I said closing the door.

"i'm sorry it's just I fucked up like big time and please don't be mad at me." he said looking at me.

I crossed my arms and nodded.

"okay what did you do?" I asked.

"I was with Sab because we just went out to get breakfast and we were gonna come here after but we were talking and then I don't know. I just kissed her!" he said walking over to my couch.

My eyes widened and I sat down next to him.

"You kissed sabrina? thats my bestfriend you ass!" I said punching his arm.

he rubbed his arm and glared at me.

"ow! I know thats why I said to not be mad at me. It just happened and then she just got up and said she had to go and I thought she would have came here but she didn't." he said sighing.

I shook my head and rubbed my eyes.

"fin its okay i'm sure she just went home or to mias. Why are you stressing so much about it? it's obvious you guys like each other I mean you guys flirt every time we're all together." I said.

"yeah but she got up and left. She probably like hates me now or something. Isn't she like with barry now? I totally just fucked up." he said putting his head in his lap.

"I don't think she's officially with him fin. I think it's all still new and plus she could never hate you, you're my brother. Maybe she just needed to leave because she wasn't expecting it. She'll talk to you eventually." I said rubbing his back.

"it just sucks. i've liked her for awhile and it just happened like I didn't even think about doing it and when I realized I did it she was already grabbing her purse and getting ready to walk away." he said.

We heard footsteps coming down the stairs so we looked and saw Gracie come down. I smiled at how pretty she looked. She sat down next to us.

"hey fin whats up?" she asked smiling at him.

He turned his head at her with dead eyes and then groaned.

"oh, bad huh? what happened." gracie said looking at him.

"He kissed sabrina and she left before he could even say anything to her so now he thinks that she like hates him or something." I said.

Fin reached over and hit my arm.

"ow! you asshole what the hell was that for?" I said rubbing my arm.

"why would you tell her in front of me!" he said.

"because she's my girlfriend and you're so dramatic of course i'm gonna tell her." I said.

"okay you children. stop arguing. Fin i'm sure she just needs space and when she's ready she'll come and talk to you. Its best to just be patient and I know that sucks but sometimes its the better thing to do especially if you want something to work out and it feels like you just completely messed it up and lost the person forever." gracie said.

I reached over to her hand and rubbed it putting it on my lap.

"okay but scar please tell me if she comes here, I just want to know she's okay." he said.

"I will fin I promise." I said.

We hugged and said our byes and he left.

Gracies POV-

It was around 3pm and I was out with Olivia and Conan. We were just walking around LA and shopping but we decided to stop at this restaurant to get food.

"steak sounds really good right now." conan said looking at the menu.

"it does but so does pasta." olivia says.

"you do know you can get both right?" I said looking at her.

"true but like what if I don't eat it all and-

"Liv you can take it home, don't worry you won't have to throw it away." Conan said.

Olivia rolled her eyes and then we all started laughing.

After we were done eating, Olivia had a photo shoot to go to and conan had an interview so I decided to make my way to scarlet's apartment.

As I walked into her apartment there were another pair of shoes near her door. I was confused but then I walked into her living room and I felt angry.

"Scar what is he doing here?" I asked.

They both turned around to look at me.
