11:45 am

After Nancy and I had eaten our lunch, she ran off to the other side of the mall because of some sale. I was sitting on a bench near the fountain when he walked up to me, a face that I never wanted to see again, Robert Sheldon. Bob looked at me shocked, "Cherry?! Hey...long time no see," "Oh my god! Bob! Yeah...it's been awhile," "So, how have you been?" "Oh...fine I guess, how about you?" "I've been fantastic! I've been away at Princeton, I'm home for Thanksgiving break...I assume you are as well?" "Oh uh yeah. Bob...you never told me you got into Princeton, did you know before we broke up?." He sighed and sat down next to me, "Look Cherry, I did know...and I'm sorry I didn't tell you," "It doesn't matter, long distance wouldn't of worked either way." He rested his hand on my knee, "Ya know...I haven't stopped thinking about you since I've been gone," "Really?" "Yeah..I miss you Cherry." He ran his hand up my thigh making me extremely uncomfortable, "Bob stop," "Why? Don't you want me?" "No! Now stop it." I moved my leg but he pulled it back towards him, he slyly spoke, "Please want me, want me like I want you," "No Bob! I said stop." He was pulled away from me, in a rough matter. I looked up and met eyes with Bryce, he glared at Bob, "She said no, now get the hell out of here," Bob glared, "Make me-," "I wouldn't finish that sentence if I were you, just walk away...now." Bob scoffed and walked away from the both of us, I quickly wrapped my arms around Bryce, "Thank you! You saved me." He shrugged, "It was nothing," "It wasn't nothing, It was everything." I pulled away from him and looked into his eyes, without thinking I softly kissed him...and he kissed me back. Little did I know, someone saw.

1:00 pm

I was outside of the DX washing a car when
Two-Bit and Johnny walked up, Two-Bit spoke, "Hey bud," "Hey Two-Bit, what's up?" "Eh just hunting for some action, bored as hell." I jokingly spoke, "Why don't you make yourself useful and finish washing this," "Uhm no thanks." Johnny softly spoke, "Got any plans for tonight Steve?" "Well, I'm taking Nancy out to dinner...to like this really fancy place." Two-Bit rolled his eyes, "Boring!! Take her somewhere fun, like a drag race or a party," "Those aren't her ideas of fun, they're yours Two," "Not my fault she's boring." I glared, "Stephanie is anything but boring, she's smart and thoughtful," "She ain't very thoughtful of Nancy," "Stephanie said she'd give her a chance," "Yeah? Well while you're being oblivious, she's been out doing some secret plan that involves Johnny, Ponyboy, Kylee, and who knows who else." I ran my hands through my hair, "Keith man, what the hell are you talking about?" "Your girlfriend despises Nancy, along with Kylee and Ponyboy and Johnny, they are doing something...some sort of plan." I looked over at Johnny confused, "Is this true?" "Of course not Steve, Two-Bit's just telling stories...don't mind him."

{stephanie}

4:00 pm

I know what you're thinking, getting ready 3 hours early...it was a stretch, but I had to be sure that everything was going to be perfect. I was upstairs brushing my hair when my bedroom door slammed open and Cherry appeared in my room, I quickly spoke, "Cherry!?! What the hell are you doing here?!? Did anyone see you?!?" "No, relax!! Nobody was downstairs." I shut the door and looked at her irritated, "Cherry, you can't let anyone see you here...it would blow our cover, our entire plan would be a waste," "Cool it! Everything is fine." I sighed and turned my attention to her, "So, what's up? I assume you came rushing over here for a reason," "Guess what happened?!?" "Nancy got eaten by a wolf?!" "Woah! No!" "Well, I got no more guesses." She jokingly rolled her eyes and sat down on my bed, "Steph, Bryce and I kissed," "Oh my god!!! Really?!??" "Yes!! At the mall today," "Wait, why was he there?" "Well, I suggested to Nancy that he'd ought to come with us..so he did and when Nancy rushed to the other side of the mall I was by myself with Bob," "What?!" "He's back in town for thanksgiving and he was touching me and Bryce literally saved my life...so I kissed him," "I'm glad that he was there to protect you, Bob is so messed up. If you want, I can get Dally to teach him a lesson again," "No that's alright, Bob will never change Stephanie...he's always going to be the awful person he is and I wish I never would've gotten myself involved with him," "Yeah, I get that." Cherry looked at me sadly, "Steph...I'm really sorry, about how Bob and I treated you last year. I know saying sorry will never makeup for it, I just wanted you to know," "Wow...that means a lot Cherry, you have no idea." She looked at me for a second before she wrapped her arms around me, I shockingly spoke, "Oh...you're hugging me," "Yeah I am, now don't tell anyone." I laughed and hugged her back.

6:30 pm

Johnny, Two-Bit, and I were chilling in the living room watching tv, it seemed as if Stephanie had been upstairs for hours getting ready. Two-Bit scoffed, "Question, what takes girls so long to get ready?" I shrugged, "I don't know, we should ask Soda, he takes like an hour to just put on clothes and brush his hair," "That's because he's gotta be perfect for Nancy." Johnny and I rolled our eyes at the sound of her name, we both despised her. Two-Bit cleared his throat, "Ya know, it won't be long before everyone knows about y'all's plan to destroy Nancy." Johnny looked at me worried and I quickly spoke, "Nobody knows what you're talking about, maybe lay off drinking before 5 o'clock," "Maybe don't be such a snotty kid, if you were my brother I'd smack ya," "Well, thank god your not because if you were my brother I would smack the hell outta you for not having any manners or human decency!." We were interrupted when the front door opened and Sodapop walked in...with Nancy right by his side, she smiled, "Hey boys!!." Johnny and I rolled our eyes, Two-Bit smiled, "Hey Nance!!, how ya been?" "Pretty swell, how about you Two?" "Pretty damn great." We all hushed as Stephanie came downstairs, her face dropped as she noticed Nancy. Nancy fake smiled, "Hey Stephanie, nice dress."
