The sunlight blinded the brunette girl once she stepped foot into the fresh air. Her eyes reflexively squeezed shut for a brief moment. Her head pounded against her skin, returning the familiar feeling of the massive headache she was greeted with in the early morning.

The sound of her footsteps against the pavement were drowned out by the music from her headphones. She hummed along to the saddening tune of 'I bet on losing dogs' from her favorite artist, Mitski. A soft sigh escaped her lips, waltzing down the streets toward the town.

That morning, Fee received a message from a group chat she had been added to by her dark haired friend, Lola. The three planned to meet for a cup of coffee in the late morning, giving them time to rid their hangovers. Only problem was, three very indecisive girls were trying to make those plans. After hours of back and forth, Fee stepped up and suggested a trip to the town's cafe, a beautiful location hidden away in the worn down town.

Turning the corner of the familiar path, Fee was instantly greeted with the scenery from the town square. A gothic water fountain, designed with a stone statue of the governor stood proud and tall in the middle of the town. Fee caught a glimps of a child carelessly running around the fountain. His mother playfully chased after him, slowing down to let him keep moving. The little boy's mother caught up to him, wrapping her hands around his torso to lift him up; a genuine laughter erupted from the boy, squirming in his mother's grasp.

Fee's heart tightened, feeling her lips press into a thin smile as she continued her path towards the cafe. A envious feeling creeped up inside her, reminiscing those fragile moments she had with her deceased mother.

The door opened with a creak once Fee stepped in, a bell ringing softly. Fee smiled at the barista behind the wooden counter, making her way up to the man. The 60-year old man gave her an old smile, his wrinkles revealing themselves as his grin widened.

"Welcome in," His voice was warm yet scratchy, due to his old age. "What can I get started for you today?"

Fee glanced over at the pastries in their own glass containers. Her eyes scanned over a blueberry muffin that made her stomach growl. The man let out a small laugh, motioning himself over to the muffin, taking his tongs out to not contaminate the girl's late breakfast.

"That will be it," Fee started, placing the cash onto the counter. The man started to hand her back the unneeded cash, but Fee waved her hand in protest. "Keep the change, have a good day!"

The generous barista thanked her graciously, making a smile appear on her face. Fee turned away, motioning herself towards the booth that brought her back to Gojo and her's interaction. Taking a seat on the window side, she took a huge bite of her muffin, instantly making her stomach feel better.

The dark haired girl peered down at her watch, reading the analog clock that stated it was exactly noon- she was right on time. Fee fixed her tank top strap. Today was a nice day, which was very rare, so she decided to go with a black tank top; a red heart with a black string wrapped itself around her neck. Her outfit was topped nicely off with low rise dark jeans.

Fee's thoughts were quickly disrupted as the door swung open. She glanced over, a smile spreading on her face once she saw her two best friends waltz in, looking completely out of place.

Lola's dark hair was straightened down to her mid chest. She wore light blue jeans and a black cropped short sleeve that fit perfectly around her upper body, revealing her toned body. It was almost as if it were summer when the weather decided to let the sun out.

Avery had her blonde hair pulled back into a mid-high ponytail, a few strands falling loose around her face. Her outfit was somewhat similar with the light washed jeans. The only difference was the green tank top that was covered with a striped button up that was unbuttoned.
