You walk with Akaashi to the Fukurodani Academy. He offered to show you the way, since it would be your first time there. You were glad to have him around, otherwise you'd probably feel alone in Tokyo. Of course, you also had Yukie, Kaori, Bokuto, Kuroo, and Kenma as well now.

And Bokuto and Yukie were extremely excited that you were starting to go to the same school as them. They both had plans to ask you to spend more time with them and the rest of the team. Yukie was hopeful you'd join as a manager for the volleyball club.

You and Akaashi arrived on the school's campus. You look over at your cousin. "it's bigger than I thought."

"You'll get used to it. Come on, let me show you to our classroom."

"Thanks, Keiji."

"It's really no problem, Y/n-sama. I'm happy to help you however I can."

Yukie and Bokuto spotted you two, beginning to run up to you two. "Y/N! AKAASHI!"

Akaashi moved you out of the way, causing the two to jump and fall to the ground. "Please don't jump her on her first day here."

Yukie got up, quickly going over to hug you. "Y/n! I'm so glad you're here! Now, we have another girl! Ooo! Maybe you could join as a manager and we'd get to spend so much time together!"

You chuckle, hugging the girl back. "I already intended to join the volleyball club as a manager. It would give me more time to spend with all of you and get to know you guys better."

Kaori walked over to you, a smile on her face. "Welcome to Fukurodani, Y/n. It's good to have you here. We all look forward to spending more time with you."

Konoha offered a small smile. "Good luck dealing with Yukie and Bokuto all the time. Feel free to let us know if you ever need help."

"Will do. Thanks, everyone." You smile at everyone present.

Akaashi sighed, already exhausted from the interaction with him teammates and managers. "Alright, let me help Y/n-sama find her way to our classroom and show her around the school."

Bokuto beamed. "Let me help! I wanna show Y/n around, too! I wanna spend some time with her before classes!"

You look at the older boy, a small smile still on your face. "I don't see a problem with Bokuto-san coming along with us."

Akaashi sighed. "I see a few."

Yukie smiled brightly. "Me too! I'm staying by Y/n's side as much as possible!" She stood right next to you, holding one of your arms in her own.

You look at your cousin. "This should be fine, just for today, right?"

He gives in. "Fine. Just let me actually show Y/n-sama around. This is her first time on campus and she needs to learn where everything is. Ok?"

Yukie and Bokuto nod, both third years excited. "Got it!"

All of you walk around the school grounds, Akaashi telling you about everything to get you familiar with the area. Yukie and Bokuto would sometimes chime in, trying to help while also just being excited to have you around.

You took in all the information, trying your best to remember everything you saw and were told. It was a lot to take in, but you wanted to get used to the Fukurodani campus quickly. You just wanted to adjust to everything. You were ready for this to be your new normal.

Bokuto stopped by you, pointing in a specific direction. "Y/n! Look there! That's our volleyball gym! We'll all be going there together everyday after school!"

You nod, smiling. "I can't wait to watch you all practice everyday."

Bokuto's smile stretched wider. "I'm amazing! You'll be so impressed when you see me play!"

You chuckle lightly. "I bet I will. But you don't need to try harder just for me, I'm fine with seeing you at your normal."

Yukie squeezed your arm slightly, pulling you closer to her. "Hey, Y/n, will you eat lunch with me, right?"

You nod. "We can all eat lunch together."

Bokuto and Yukie cheered in unison. "Alright!"

Akaashi felt like he was going to have a migraine today. "Of course she was going to eat with us. She and I had already talked about it."

Kaori chuckled. "Let em have this. They're just happy there's someone new they can spend some time with."

The setter turned to her. "They're more energetic than children."

"True. But all of us are excited to be having a new manager to help out. And she's your cousin, so this is kinda big for all of us."

Konoha nodded, walking beside Kaori. "Just relax, Akaashi. They'll calm down with time."

After school, you and Akaashi grabbed all of your belongings and head to the door of your classroom. You both walk out, beginning the trek to the volleyball gym.

Bokuto had been excited and had run to find you two. "AKAASHI!"

The setter turns to his ace. "Yes, Bokuto-san?"

When he caught up to you, the captain showed you both a big smile. "I wanted to walk with my setter and the new manager today. That's ok, right?"

You nod at the energetic boy. "It's fine. Let's all walk together."

"Yay!"

"Please calm down, Bokuto-san. You can't be too reckless before practice." Akaashi began rubbing his temples, already feeling exhausted.

When you three get to the gym, Yukie runs up to give you a hug. "Welcome to the team, Y/n!"

You smile at her. "Thanks. I'm glad to be here."

She beamed at you. "Come with me, I'll show you what we do everyday! If you need any help, me and Kaori are here for you. Don't hesitate to ask us for help whenever you need it."

"I will. Thanks for helping me out, Yukie."

"It's no problem. I'm just happy to have you around. It's so cool to be around you everyday from here on out!"

You watched as the boys began warming up for practice, seeing Bokuto being more enthusiastic than usual. "Calm down, Bokuto-san! If you're too energetic, you might make mistakes! Be careful!"

That seemed to be all it took before Bokuto went back to his usual self. He was still more excited than usual, but he as able to rein it in for practice.

You smiled, happy to be fitting in and able to actually help the team out.
