Pacifica's POV

1 month done, just 8 months to go

honestly, it hasn't that hard

I've been getting inspo from Pinterest for baby names

"Clementine...no."
"Emory...no."
"Oceana...no."

these names were all pretty, but none of them really felt significant to me

and anyways I don't even know the gender yet, so that doesn't help

*KNOCK KNOCK*

I heard a knock on the front house door, so I decided to open it

"Delivery for Pacifica?"

"Yep, that's me!"

"Here you go,"

"Thank you,"

I took on the package and closed the door

the package was in a brown box, and once I removed the brown box, I had to unwrap the packaging

"Oh great, I now need my scissors,"

I went upstairs, got the scissors, and came back downstairs

"ok, time to open my package."

it was a new blender that I had been wanting for the past 2 weeks

"Finally, can make my smoothies again,"

*10 minutes later,*

*slurp*

"tastes like blueberries and lemon," I said to myself

I then drank the whole drink and washed the cup

I might as well read now cause I haven't read in months

I picked the first book on the shelf

"'Mindfulness for the soul'?"

ok, maybe I should do something else

...I should check up on Mabel

Mabels POV

it'd been a month since that random person came and offered me their umbrella

I'm still wondering who that is?

anyways

I've been doing fine ever since I got stood up on that one date

I've actually remained positive

I mean, I am Mabel, right?

anyways I haven't done much since then

all I've been doing is just having some mindfulness days

hey, I've actually picked up this book called 'Mindfulness for the soul'

it seems interesting

I borrowed from Pacifica, but she seemed like she didn't want it back after I've read it

Pacifica's POV

what the book didn't interest me

you know what would, though?

a nice stroll in the park

*5 minutes later*

the park was weather was alright

honeslty, the park is so big. I tend to get lost in some places

"Hey Pacifica!" Mabel said from a distance away on the path
