So, like the tale of Niobe, Luke sat in the spot where he once met up with the girl and cried, he didn't think anything would be different, except now he's alone. He watched as her body continued to burn, there was no point to where she can be revived, but he was sure of it as he watched her legs try to regrow but burn off. He sighed, his dedication to Kronos interfered with them. He loved Odette truly, but he could find another girlfriend, this was his only chance to get back at the Gods.

He walked closer to his now dead girlfriend before picking her body up bridal style and walking out of camp. He had loved there for the better part of his life, he didn't know the outside world as well as he used to, but he needed to do this, for his consciousness. He assumed the house he was looking for was close by, she never said any details about it, only that she lived there with her dads. It's strange, he thought, this girl was always a part of his plan to overtake Olympus, but what Happened? His heart weighed heavy, the girls body was growing back, yet she wasn't breathing yet. Was she for sure dead? It was his fault, in a moment of rage and opportunities, he sliced his most beloved.

His tears had stopped since then, he never stopped walking, trying to figure out where she belonged. What would be a good resting place for a beautiful, yet sinful creature like Odette? Burying her near a church would be ironic, a sinful creature of a different religion being buried amongst those who would hate her. He would never do that to her, he would never put her with people who hate her.

A mansion came into view quickly, a lonesome house surrounded by nothing but trees. Was this her house? Or was it just a coincidence? He laid Odette at the door, fixing her as much as he could to make her look presentable, before knocking on the door and running to hide. Yeah, he could guess it would be a bit rude for him to be there considering he killed her, but he needed to tell her family.

A short middle-aged woman open the door, her hair was tied with a bun and she looked as if she was stressed. She faked a smile when she opened it, only to look down and see the body of the girl she had learned to love. A scream escaped her throat as she yelled for a man named Louis. The must be her father, Luke thought.

The tall man wearing a suit came to the door and screamed when he saw her. He wasted no time to drop to his knees and hold his baby girl. He cradled her lifeless body, muttering something into her ear.

Luke's stomach started churning, he could see clearly that the father was crying. Why wouldn't he be? His daughter was killed and was barely able to be recognized, he hoped that her scent was still enough and it was.

A blonde man came out soon after, patting the first man on the back. "It's okay, Louis, she'll be okay." The man only gripped her harder, still
whispering things to her as if she could hear and understand her.

He took this as his time to leave, this intimate moment was ruined by him being there, all that he can hope is that her family gets their peace and can forgive him for the hate he holds.
