Creek Walk

Mika's POV:

It was a beautiful Friday evening, and Bose and I decided to take a little trip to Swellview park to enjoy the evening. It was a good thing that no one else was there, and we had the park all to ourselves.

We found a bench to sit on and watch the sunset, and it was an amazing sight to see. When the sun was done going down, we weren't ready to leave yet, so we tried to figure out what else we could do.

Bose: "I think we should go for a walk in a creek."

Me: "Ooo, I like that idea. The water will feel really good on my feet."

Bose: "Yeah, I like that feeling, too."

Bose and I get up and head towards the creek, and when we get there, we see the water flowing, and it was pretty satisfying to look at. The both of us removes our shoes, stuff our socks in them, and we slowly step into the creek while carrying our shoes.

Mine were boots, so they were a bit heavy, but I didn't really mind. I just wanted to enjoy the rest of the night with Bose.

As we gently splashed through the creek, it was slowly getting darker, but it was a good thing there was a bit of light shining on the creek. Not exactly sure how there was light, but I didn't care.

There wasn't exactly enough light, and that soon became a problem, because right then, I bashed my toe on a rock, and I screamed. Luckily, Bose saw what happened, and he helped me over to the side to sit down on a big rock, and he looked at my toe.

Me: "Is it bad?"

Bose: "It's a little scraped up, but it'll heal soon."

Me: "That's good."

Bose: "You still able to walk?"

Me: "Maybe, but right now, I just want us to enjoy this moment."

Bose: "Yeah, me, too."

Bose and I move closer towards each other, I rest my head on his shoulder, he wraps his arm around me, and we both continued to watch the water moving slowly and gently.
