A/N: hucketbead here's a new chapter. Wouldn't have thought it'll take me a whole year to write another, but well, happy birthday again.
They barely made it from the hospital back to the Graham de Vanily residence before the party was about to start, Marinette and Adrien still blissfully staring at the first picture of their unborn baby.
"If you really want to keep this a secret for today," Claire pointed grinning at the image, "you should put it away because we've arrived at the residence."
The couple looked up in shock, not having noticed how much time had already passed.
"Oh really?" Marinette wondered. "How could that happen? We just got into the car."
Adrien pecked her cheek and whispered.
"I guess we were a little absent."
That made her giggle.
"Yeah, maybe."
The celebration passed without any disturbances, and the Agreste family, being used to anything happening at every occasion, was already shocked about that. But then they just went with it and when they were on their way home, this time Gabriel and Nathalie with both their children, as well as Emily and Audrey with Laurene, and Jacques and Claire with all four of their own children plus Juliette being with them, they couldn't keep the news contained any longer and after asking Marinette for permission, Adrien called for his family's attention.
"We were planning on waiting until we've arrived at home, but we're too excited and can't wait to tell you all the news. We just found out yesterday that we're going to have another baby. And before you all start questioning; Marinette is already eight and a half weeks along and everything looks just fine."
They all cheered and hugged them, only Emma and Louis looked suspicious.
"What's wrong?" Asked Juliette who was sitting between them.
Louis shrugged, he wasn't sure what to think of it. But Emma had her own opinion, having seen her best friend's little siblings crying, pooping and making all sorts of annoying things and she told them about that.
Juliette just shook her head about her words and got up to pull the twins with her. Then she placed her two years old brother on Emma's lap and Claudine in Louis' arm and told them to sit down and hold them for a while.
"How do you feel about it now?" She wondered.
Louis was beaming widely and rocking the baby gently in his arms, while his sister just looked as if she was holding something disgusting.
"Still the same." She told the slightly older girl. Louis though grinned sheepishly and hummed. "I like it. I can really imagine having a little brother or sister soon. It's not as if we had to share a room with them or something. We don't even share a room with each other any longer, so... I am fine with it."
"Thank you, Lou." Marinette cooed. "That's sweet. And Emma, I can understand how you feel too, but could you try to be happy for us too?"
"Of course I am happy for you, if you're happy about it. I am just not sure if I am going to like the new situation. But I'll try my best, okay?" Emma blurted out, making the little boy on her lap cackle with her. His laugh was so contagious that she short time later started to giggle too and soon they were all happily laughing and chattering, suggesting baby names and planning the new nursery in Adrien and Marinette's home.
While the time passed quickly and the woman's belly slowly grew, so did Adrien's concerns. He wasn't as young as he had been when the twins were born and neither was his wife and he was scared that something could go wrong during the pregnancy or the birth or that he couldn't play as wildly with his youngest child as he had done with Emma and Louis.
