*OLIVIA'S P.O.V*
We've been in this stupid room for over 3 hours now and the monsters outside still haven't given up, and to be honest, I'm not sure they will. George was asleep, his head tilted so it rested on the wall, Josh and Jaymi were spread across the floor, asleep as well. So it left me and JJ."So, you say you got the disease... then got better?" I asked him, breaking the silence. He looked startled that I'd spoke, but his face soon softened. He was sitting in the corner of the room, Josh's legs over his.
"Yeah, basically. Lucky, Huh?" JJ smiled, his smile was gorgeous and his hazel eyes matched his skin tone perfectly. Snap out of it, Olivia.
"Very lucky." I said, coughing slightly. What I don't get is that he became immune to it so easily, just a few blood cells from other immune people. It must have been such an awful time for them all. Well, it was awful for everyone.
"So, I thought I was the only person left... Then I met George, then you 3! Do you think there could be others out there?" I asked, leaning forward slightly and resting my elbows on my knee, and my chin on my hands.
JJ leaned forward as well, a thoughtful expression on his face as he bit down on his lip. "It depends what kind of people you mean." He said, making eye contact with me. What? "Huh? I just mean people! Just... not zombies" I said, explaining slowly.
He chuckled slightly. "I know that, I mean what type of people?" He questioned. Right, was it just me being dumb now or what?
"ANYONE!" I hissed, careful not to wake anyone up. JJ smiled and rolled his eyes, did he really think this was a joke!?"Well, I know there's people out there. Me, Josh and Jaymi all know. It's like military camps though." He sighed, combing his hand through his quiffed hair.
"Oh, but that's good. Isn't it? People to help us, a place we can safely stay?" I stuttered, confused to why he seemed disappointed.
"Yeah, that part's good. But we need to get there first." He sighed. Oh.
"Where are they?" I asked, suddenly with false hope that they'd be close.
"One in Scotland, One in Wales and One in Manchester." He moaned. Shit. They're all far away from here!"Right, we can do this. I know we can!" I said standing up. JJ shook his head slowly, rubbing his fingers deep into his closed eyes. "I wish we could, Olivia." He sighed, standing up too. "But it's impossible! Maybe we could if the whole world wasn't occupied with Zombies." He whispered, stepping over Josh and coming over to me.
"So we're trapped here forever?" I stuttered, my back sliding down the door. I fell onto the floor, pulling my knees up to my chest. JJ came and sat next to me, wrapping his arm around my shoulder and pulling me in close.
"We'll see what the others say. Don't give up hope just yet." He whispered, stroking my hair gently. I guess he was right, we at least had to try.
"Er... Liv?" George's groggy sleepy voice croaked as he woke up and looked at us. I had my head on JJ's shoulder whilst his arm was wrapped around my waist. I quickly pulled away as I saw the hurt expression on his face... Wait, hurt? He wasn't jelous was he!? No, obviously not... why would he be!?
Before anyone had chance to speak, a loud bang echoed on the door behind us, sending vibrations up my spine. I screamed, both sounds caused Josh and Jaymi to quickly wake up, their eyes shooting open immediately.
JJ grabbed my arm and pulled me up, I darted towards George who caught me warmly. Josh and Jaymi moved to us as well, so we were all in a huddle together. "What are we gonna do!?" Josh spat, looking at the door. It was being hammered down with great force.
