Things just went for the worst

I get in my car and back out of the driveway. It's still dark outside. I can see the sun popping just over my house as I put the car into drive and go along the highway.

I walk into the double doors of the high school. It's just like the last one I was at. A big roof area with a white marble like floor it's nothing special. I see a sign for the office and walk in that direction. After 2 minutes of walking down the same hall I finally found the office. All the classrooms are pretty much full except for a few people walking in the halls going to the bathrooms and stuff like that. I open the door to the office and there is a middle aged man sitting in the seat. The office is quite big. It has a bookshelf next to the door that has the words engraved on it "Curiosity is a virtue". The man speaks

"Ahhh hello, are you the new student?"

"Yes sir." I reply. He flips through his book and points to a name on the page.

"Calvin Dernetch black, yes?" while he's looking down at his book with his round glasses I can see a bald spot at the top of his head between his greasy black hair.

"Yes, that's me." He grabs a pen and marks the text off and scribbles into the page. He grabs the PA speakers and calls a name I hated.

"Can you call Jeremy Banks Grenich to the office?" My Mind set off a bunch of alarm bells "that's the same Jeremy from JROTC!!!!" the man tells me to sit down and asks a few questions like

"Where are you from?"

"Why did you move?" and stuff like that but when we finally finish talking Jeremy busts in through the door.

"Hey wha-" he pauses

"Well shit. We go to the same damn school now too." the guy behind the desk says "Eyy no foul language in this office. It throws off my feng shui. Now show Calvin where to go." Jeremy walks over to the man and whispers to him. He makes a few nods when he finally says.

"You two are gonna have to get along at some point so I suggest getting to know each other better! A great place to start!" he ushers us out of the office and shuts the door behind us. As soon as he shuts the door Jeremy turns to me.

"If you are in my class I am gonna lose my fucking mind. The only reason I'm here right now is because he forced me to do this." He punches me in the stomach.

"Wimp. get up already. Let's get out of here before my friends find out I'm helping you." I get up and clutch the spot where he punched me

"the only reason I am not slugging your ass right now is because it's my first day" I say. He grabs me by the collar of my shirt

"what the hell did you just say to me?" I stop talking to avoid getting into a fight within the first hour of being at school.

"That's what I thought. Now give me your schedule." he rips it out of my hands, giving me a massive paper cut on the inside of my palm.

"I am gonna lose my fucking mind right now. You're in my class."

"Why the fuck do I have to be in your class ass hole" I say. I hear him murmur some curse words under his breath. He then grabs me by the handle on my backpack and drags me to the classroom (which is across the hallway) then shoves me through the door. I trip and fall into a girls desk. Some of the students say a real quick

"Damn"

"What the hell is your problem?" she asks getting up to pick her papers from the floor. Jeremy walks over to his desk and sits down staring at me with a mean smirk on his face. The teacher slowly looks up at me from her desk.
