Both pilots looked at the runway that has been overrun by undead.

At Hunter's house
Hunter: I should get going. Dad is waiting at the elementary school.
Hunter who just woke up from sleep was preparing to head to the elementary school which is the evacuation point. He had a breakfast to make sure he's not hungry on the way. He assembled all the things that he needed in his sling bag. A bottle of water, some snacks and other things that useful. He then went to his cupboard and brought something out. It was a desert eagle gun which a present from his father for him to defend himself. He brought a few .50 magnum rounds that he had and put them in the magazines. After finished, he took a box which contained extra bullets and put them in his sling bag. He put the gun and magazines inside his pockets. Before he heads out, he takes his black bomber jacket.
Hunter: Don't wanna get cold.
Last night
Hunter used the phone and called his dad. The phone is actually specialized to be used as a transmission for the BSAA's agents by using their private channel. The phone is restricted to those who are associated with the BSAA only, but Hunter's father managed to get over the rule. After a few seconds of waiting, his father answers.
Cole: Hello, Hunter?
Hunter: Hey dad.
Cole: Thank god you okay son. I'm actually preparing to get you. Are you in school right now?
Hunter: No dad, I'm at home. I managed to escape from school with my friends.
Cole: That's good. Are your friends with you? Does Rei, Takashi and Saya okay?
Hunter: They're fine dad, at least that's what I thought before we split up.
Cole: You guys split up? Did something happen?
Hunter explained the reasons why he split up with his friends and their plans to his dad.
Cole: I see. It's good thing you managed to survive and get home alone. Look Hunter, the BSAA has ordered its Japan branch party in Tokonosu to assist the SDF with the evacuation. I took part as a volunteer.
