The darkness seemed to shrink around her every moment, yet nothing changed. The screen-like portal floated there in front of her, taunting her. All she could do was watch everything happen like a TV show. She couldn't do anything else. It felt like forever since she ended up in the void that surrounded her. She roamed and roamed, and yet there was no way to exit. She could only watch as her beloved family lived on without her, forgotten and left behind.
