IT'S BEEN three weeks since he last went to Bluelock.

Work has been punishing him with endless deadlines and rude clients. All he wants to do is feel like he is in control again.

He almost went back to Bluelock a few nights ago, but there was an acid taste at the back of his throat when he thought about running into Isagi and Kaiser again.

Which he finds strange because he's never felt like that before. He usually doesn't care about who fucks who. He supposes it's because he hates the two of them, and the thought of both of them in bed makes him so nauseous he has to crouch over the toilet and cough up nothing.

Sunday night he caves.

And while he does have work tomorrow, he needs to gain some type of control before next week starts. He just wants to take care of someone.

It's nearly 11pm by the time he reaches Bluelock. Later than his usual adventures, but he had been tossing and turning for a few hours at that point. He needed a release.

Anri seems surprised to see him. "This is late for you, Itoshi-san."

"Do you need a break? How long have you been working tonight? This week even?" Rin asked instead. Anri let out a small laugh.

"You're too kind, Itoshi-san. I'm okay. I started a little later today which turned out to be a good thing. I haven't seen you in sometime," she smiled politely.

"Yeah, it's good to see you too. Grey tonight please." Anri grinned at this, and clipped the band on his wrist.

"Very well, here you are. Once you fill out the form. You can head through the doors."

Rin is only there for an hour when he decides to leave. He has spoken to multiple submissives but none of them appealed to him in the way he wanted.

Frustrated and angrier than how he arrived, he stormed out of the apartment building and into the fresh air.

Since it was midnight, the particular street he was on was quiet. He could hear the cars from the main streets nearby, but the near-perfect peace of a Tokyo street was relaxing.

Rin began walking home when he saw a familiar figure standing there, hands tucked in the pockets of his hoodie.

"Isagi, hello," he greeted, however, he got no response. Isagi just stood there, dazed and confused. Rin stalked closer, "Isagi?"

Isagi didn't respond, didn't even turn his head. Was he seriously ignoring Rin? Rin was so sick of this, he gripped the other's shoulder, "Hey, are you listening to me?"

"D-don't touch me, I don't deserve it," Isagi flinched back, pulling out of Rin's grip, his eyes welling up with water.

Rin took in his disheveled state, his messy hair, shirt with too many buttons undone — showing the purple and reds marks that scattered his chest. Isagi looked like he had been attacked. His eyes were still dilated and lips swollen. He was out of it, his mind seemed foggy and he had no idea what was going on. Rin narrowed his eyes.
