"Just like that? Sam decided and you go along with it?"
There was no discussion, no planning or thinking, Dean, as always, gave Sam everything he asked for, no matter what it was. "What Sam wants, Sam gets, every time."

Sam and Dean are caught, arrested, and recognized so their case is immediately sent to the FBI
BAU get the Winchester file and try to build a profile
They go back and forth on who is the Dominant in their killer dynamic. Dean is the oldest. Sam is smarter. They settle on Sam being the Dominant based on past interrogation tapes where Dean is constantly worried about Sam.
Theory is John was the original Dominant after the death of Mary. Dean raises Sam while John trains Dean to be his soldier not partner. Sam grows up protected by Dean so John can't beat the defiance out of him.Dean is caught in the middle of two Dominant personalities.
Sam leaves for Stanford to kill on his own (relevant crimes in the area support this idea)
John disappears and Dean goes straight to Sam
Sam kills Jessica( or Dean kills her in jealousy) in the same traumatic way their mom died so they feel protective of each other and stick together instead of splitting up to look for their father
Interrogation scene: They're talking to Dean about how smart Sam is, how proud Dean is that he got full ride to Stanford. Blah blah. They ask why he came to Sam after 4 years of no contact and Dean's like Dad was gone and I knew Sammy would know what to do.
I don't know if I'll make it Wincest, but "Sam and Dean Winchester are psychotically irrationally erotically codependent on each other "
