The soft rustling of leaves filled the air as you slowly stirred from your slumber. Blinking your eyes open, you found yourself bathed in the warm embrace of sunlight, casting a golden glow upon the serene meadow surrounding you. But it was not the picturesque scene that captured your attention.
Your head rested gently upon someone's thigh, their body serving as an unexpected but comfortable pillow. As you shifted slightly, strands of blonde hair cascaded over your face, delicately brushing against your cheeks. With gentle curiosity, you peered upwards, meeting a pair of familiar blue steely eyes. It was Ymir, your sister, gazing down at you with a mix of amusement and tenderness.
The sight of her now, her thigh supporting your weary head, ignited a powerful surge of emotion within you. It was a potent reminder that life was not just about accomplishments or ambitions, it was about the people who walked alongside you on this remarkable journey. Ymir's unwavering belief in your happiness and her unwavering presence in your life were irreplaceable treasures.
With a soft smile, you gently sat up, disentangling yourself from the calm haven of your sister's lap.
The blonde gently placed her hand on your cheek, smiling even more
"It's time to wake up, Libertas."
"...Huh?"
Opening your eyes for real, you found yourself lying in your bed.
So it was a dream... or perhaps something else as it felt so real?
Your heart raced as you absorbed the sudden shift from the vivid dream to your reality. The lingering warmth of Ymir's touch on your cheek only added to the disorienting sensation. Was it truly just a dream, or could there be something more to it?
With a mix of curiosity and longing, you took a moment to gather your thoughts, allowing the remnants of the dream to melt away. The emotional connection you experienced with Ymir still resonated within you, as if her presence lingered even in wakefulness.
Damn, you couldn't even remember how you fell asleep... after you were back in the other world you were so exhausted afterwards.
Well, there is no time to lose now. Concentrate.
Since you finally met Eren again yesterday in Paradis, you had been thinking a lot and got some ideas.
Number one:
You definitely can't bite your hand every time to get to Paradis like you did yesterday. It hurts and it would be suspicious to have bite Marks all the time. Maybe a simple prick is enough, so you brought small piercing needles, which are usually used for diabetes patients.
Number two:
You have to buy a house in Paradis. Fortunately, the prices cannot be compared to your world and a house is more affordable in Shiganshina, but you cannot use the currency from your world. You still have your grandmother's expensive real diamond necklace, so you can sell it there and make enough money, as gold and diamonds is much more worth there.
Number three:
You can't stay in their world for too long at once. The last thing you want is to end up in the hospital again, so you should avoid staying in Paradis for longer than a day.
With that in mind, you walked to your bathroom where your little jewelry box was to get your grandma's necklace. It's not like you wanted to sell it, but you had no other choice. It is something that will get you much money in short time in Paradis.
Looking at the necklace, you started to ask yourself what you are even doing here.... what is it you want to achieve?
Spending more time with Eren, yeah, but what will happen after that?
You definitely still had feelings for him, but you shouldn't act on them. You can't tell Eren the truth, what happened and where you are from. No, all you wanted is him to be happy... even if it is with someone else.
